Go behind the scenes during the official press launch for Suzuki’s 2020 Katana street bike in Japan. In this video. we visit the Suzuki Plaza in the Japanese motorcycle manufacturers hometown of Hamamatsu. The Suzuki Plaza is the company’s owned museum dedicated to the the 110 year history of the brand. From humble beginnings as a looming machine manufacturer to its current operation as a multi-national manufacturer of automobiles, motorcycles and boat engines, the museum pays homage to the history of this legendary manufacturing company.

I managed to visit the Suzuki History Museum! Better known as the Suzuki Plaza in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Province in Japan. This place of course isn't actually accessible without making an appointment or reservation with the company beforehand, but I managed to do so, so let's see what there is!

Souvenir from Suzuki.. plastic moulding process. To go there, from Hamamatsu station, take a JR line heading to Toyohashi, but disembark in the next stop after Hamamatsu station, it is Takatsuka station and it costs 190円, then walk about 4minutes to reach Hamamatsu plaza. No entrance fee but You gotta make a reservation first by phone. a reservation can be made anytime, even when you are on ur way to go there.

Yeah so I went by the other day and had a look as I was interested to see what it was like.
I have worked for suzuki at their Kosai plant in Shizuoka Prefecture so this little visit took me back to those days.

my trip to hamamatsu, japan.
This is a vlog of my trip to Hamamatsu, Japan with one of my best friends during the summer after my first year of college! I ate so much good food, petted and fed many animals, and experienced this beautiful and scenic city that is Hamamatsu. All the footage from this video was taken with my iPhone 6 and edited with iMovie, so I apologize if it isn't the best quality, haha (watch in HD!!). Nevertheless, I really enjoyed making this video and learned a lot of editing techniques in the process! Stay tuned for another vlog of our adventures in Tokyo!
