Was out in Dauphin, MB for a wedding, took a few minutes to get some video around the hotel we were staying at. Using a fairly good filter really helped on a bright day. Great view of the highway and some farmland.

Perth - City Video Guide
Perth, the capital of Western Australia, follows the Swan River from the port of Fremantle to its source in the Darling Range.
Sunny and clean, Perth is considered among the most livable cities in the world. Its cityscape varies from Art Deco gems, to the Tudor-inspired London Court. The Swan Bell Tower provides a bird's-eye view of the whole metropolis.
The Art Gallery of Western Australia describes the development of the state through art. Inside the Royal Mint is the largest gold coin ever made.
Perth's coastline, with pristine sand beaches, is popular among visitors. Others head straight for the boutique wineries of the Swan Valley.
Kings Park is where Perth's first explorers discovered a natural spring. The Botanic Gardens brim with remarkable plant species.
Rottnest Island or Rotto has long been the favorite weekend getaway for Perth's city dwellers.
Cottlesloe Beach is on the city's doorstep, and renowned for its excellent surf. Hillary's Boat Harbour and the Sorrento Quay boardwalk are ideal for a sunset stroll.

Trumpeter Swans
The largest swan in the world, Trumpeter swan, returns to overwinter in Cowichan Bay (Vancouver Island, BC, Canada). Viewed while on a field trip lead by Darren & Claudia Copley (Royal BC Museum, VNHS) on Nov 5, 2016 for the Cowichan Bay WildWings Nature and Arts Festival. Audio added of the typical trumpeting sounds of adults.
Kevin's Christmas Dream
This is the second part of a video I prepared for a community Christmas dinner on Dec. 20. In the first part (not shown), Kevin (a cynical newscaster) says that Christmas doesn't mean a lot to him, other than a time to party. Michelle shows a segment in which she hits the streets with Dave Guldie asking people what they think of Christmas. During that segment Kevin falls asleep at the news desk (tired after a late office party the night before). During his short sleep, however, he has a dream in which he and Michelle are reporting on the events of Jesus' birth in Bethlehem. They decide to dramatize it and show it the next evening as Kevin's Christmas Dream. Some of the scenes were recorded at a Live Nativity put on at our town museum on Dec. 12. Thanks to all who helped out!
