We had a great time in the New Forest area, visiting Wilverley Plain, Moors Valley Country Park, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Hythe town, Weymouth, Bideford, Barnstaple, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe and so many other lovely places.

Autobiker - a collection of riding observations.
On a recent riding assessment I was asked to do a commentary on hazards ahead. The examiner noted that I was obviously a biker based on what I was looking for. This got me thinking about what we do differently? In this video I have just tried to share some of what runs through my head when riding. Normally much faster than what I share here. I am not suggesting I would ever do 100mph on this road! (Honestly officer!) But, as example, many road racers would consider 100 mph slow.So to get an idea, apply my thinking from the first part of the video to the ride back bit at the end.
Kewstoke Rd runs from Birnbeck Pier in Weston super Mare. Around the headland to Sand bay. It has a speed limit of 25MPH. Which is often a challenge to keep below (hence the lack of other footage from this beautiful road)!
I do not suggest that this is a comprehensive list. Just a few observations from one ride.
