Spa Centres Running Sex racket at TDI Mall, Rajouri Garden Raided by Swati Maliwal, DWC Chief |
The Delhi Police on Saturday registered an FIR against a spa centre in Madhu Vihar after an alleged sex racket was busted there by the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW).
According to a senior police officer, a case was registered on the complaint of DCW under section 3 of immoral traffic (prevention) act at Madhu Vihar Police Station and investigation has been initiated.
DCW Busts Sex Racket in East Delhi Spa Centre; Police Registers FIR
Dehli Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal conducted a surprise inspection at the spa centre in Madhu Vihar where they found that a sex racket was being operated in the garb of providing massages.
New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Saturday registered an FIR against a spa centre in Madhu Vihar after an alleged sex racket was busted there by the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW).
According to a senior police officer, a case was registered on the complaint of DCW under section 3 of immoral traffic (prevention) act at Madhu Vihar Police Station and investigation has been initiated.
On September 5, DCW chief Swati Maliwal had conducted a surprise inspection at the spa centre in the east Delhi locality. During the raid, the DCW had found that a sex racket was being operated from the spa in the garb of providing massages, they said.
Several naked men were caught and seven girls were rescued from the centre, they added.

The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) raided three spa centres in the past two days and found that the establishments were running a sex racket under the garb of spa services.
DCW's chairperson Swati Maliwal has accused the Delhi Police of colluding with the spa centres running the sex racket. Swati Maliwal also sent summons to the Delhi Police and Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). Swati Maliwal questioned the police and the corporation why the licence of the establishments was not cancelled.
Swati Maliwal said that the DCW received information that Crown Spa Centre was running a sex racket and she along with a DCW team visited the spa centre in Madhu Vihar, New Delhi after receiving information.
Two more spa centres -- Jasmine and Jannat -- in Nawada near Dwarka in New Delhi were raided on Thursday. In one case the police have not registered an FIR. The DCW found that in many rooms, people were found in compromising position along with other objectionable things.
A schoolgirl was also found among other girls there at the spa centre.
Swati Maliwal said that that the DCW rescued nine girls from the spa centres.

सोनीपत के गांव रसोई के पास स्थित टीडीआई किंग्सबरी के फ्लैट में दर्दनाक हादसा हुआ...जहां लिफ्ट गिरने से मैकेनिक की मौत हो गई..बताया जा रहा है कि फ्लैट में लगी लिफ्ट को ठीक करने के दौरान तार टूट गई और लिफ्ट मैकेनिक से टकरा गई..जिससे मैकेनिकल की दो मंजिल से नीचे गिरने पर मौत हो गई...मैकेनिकल की मौत सूचना के बाद लोगों की भीड़ इकट्टठा हो गई..लोगों ने तुंरत घटना की सूचना पुलिस को दी और सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और घटनास्थल जायजा लिया...पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए सामान्य अस्पताल में भिजवा दिया..फिलहाल पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच कर रही है..वहीं टीडीआई किंग्सबरी सिटी में रहने वाले लोगों ने प्रबंधन पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया है.. लोगों का कहना कि बार-बार लिफ्ट खराब हो जाती है..जिसका शिकायत करने के बावजूद भी कोई समाधान नहीं किया जा रहा है

हरियाणा के दिल्ली से सटे सोनीपत जिले के पारकर मॉल में बने मुक्ता सिनेमा की बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है वीयो ....नेशनल हाईवे पर यह पार्कर मॉल में मुक्ता सिनेमा बना हुआ है अक्सर ग्राहकों से पैसे तो वसूले जाते हैं जिसमें कई तरह के टैक्स और सुरक्षा से जुडे टैक्स जुड़ा होता है लेकिन जब कोई दुर्घटना होती है तो चाहे वह मॉल हो चाहे सिनेमा हॉल हो किसी भी तरह की मदद कस्टमर को नहीं दी जाती हर कस्टमर इतना जागरुक भी नहीं होता और इतनी लड़ाई भी नहीं लड़ पाता कि वह कोर्ट तक जाए और कोर्ट के माध्यम से उस कंपनी से लड़ाई लड़कर अपना हक ले सके क्योंकि कंपनी के अपने वकील होते हैं अपना एक सिस्टम होता है लेकिन गरीब आदमी इस पचड़े में नहीं पड़ना चाहता वह उसे एक हादसा मान कर छोड़ देता है ऐसी एक बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है इस पारकर मॉल में बने मुक्ता सिनेमा हाल में कल टाइगर अभी ज़िंदा है फिल्म रिलीज हुई और फिल्म की रिलीज के बाद काफी संख्या में कस्टमर्स हॉल में फिल्म देखने के लिए आए लेकिन हॉल में सुरक्षा के कितने इंतजामात में कितनी सफाई थी कितनी व्यवस्था थी उसकी पोल खुल गई जैसे फिल्म शुरू हुई बीच में एक सांप हॉल में आता है और एक दर्शक को काट लेता है.

वीयो ....सांप को देखा और अनुभव भी किया तुरंत आसपास की सीटों के लोग भी खड़े हो गए । 10 मिनट के लिए शो को रोक दिया गया और जिसको सांप ने काटा था उस शख्स को घायल हालत में हाल से बाहर तक ले जाकर छोड़ दिया गया सांप काफी जहरीला भी हो सकता था कम जहरीला भी हो सकता था लेकिन वहां के कर्मचारियों ने कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया यहां तक कि इतने बड़े सिनेमा हॉल इतने बड़े सिस्टम ने कोई गाड़ी तक इस पीड़ित को नहीं दी जो उसे अस्पताल तक पहुंचा देती रास्ते में भी हमें कोई घायल मिलता है तो हम अपनी गाड़ी से या किसी दूसरे की गाड़ी भी मंगवा कर या रुकवाकर अस्पताल पहुंचाने की कोशिश करते हैं और पहुंचाते भी हैं लेकिन यहां सिनेमा हॉल की बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है उसके अंदर हादसा होता है सांप एक दर्शक को काटता है और फिर वह दर्शक बेचारा बाहर सड़क पर दूसरी गाड़ियां ढूंढता है जिसके पांव से खून निकल रहा था

वीयो ..... सांप ने काटा हुआ था और उसे सदमा भी लगा हुआ था । आखिरकार एक ऑटो किराए पर लेकर यह खुद सोनीपत के सिविल अस्पताल पहुंचाया और सिविल अस्पताल में इसका इलाज जारी है । अब जरूरत है सिनेमा हॉल के कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों पर इस मामले में लापरवाही का मामला दर्ज हो। लेकिन बड़े कारोबारियों कि कहीं ना कहीं पहुंच उपर तक होती है जिन पर पुलिस भी जल्दी हाथ नहीं डालती अभी तक इस मामले में FIR दर्ज नहीं की गई है और मरीज अभी भी ठीक हो कर घर नहीं पहुंचा बल्कि सोनीपत के सिविल अस्पताल में भर्ती है लेकिन जरुरत है इस पर प्रशासन सख्ती से कार्रवाई करें और सिनेमा हॉल के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करें आखिरकार वहां तक सांप आया कैसे आया तो उसके बाद वहां पर क्यों नहीं प्राथमिक उपचार का प्रबंध था क्यों नहीं तुरंत उसे एंबुलेंस से अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया क्या करोड़ों के कारोबार के पास एक गाड़ी भी नहीं थी जो पीड़ित को अस्पताल पहुंचा सके ऐसे हादसे के बाद यदि पीड़ित इलाज से मना करता है तो भी सिनेमा हॉल कर्मचारियों का फर्ज़ होता है कि वह उसे प्राथमिक उपचार देकर अस्पताल पहुंचा पुलिस को सूचना दे।
सिनेमाल हाल के स्टाफ़ के लोगों ओर गार्ड का बोलते हुए की साँप ने काट लिया
वीयो लेकिन यहां ये उपचार की बात तो दूर यहां तक कि सिनेमा हॉल के कर्मचारियों ने प्राथमिक उपचार तक नहीं दिया प्राथमिक सहायता तक नहीं दी कहीं न कहीं बड़े सवाल खड़े होते हैं।अगर इस सिनेमा हाल में अगर उपहार कांड जैसी घटना घट जाती है तो भी शायद इनको कोई फ़र्क़ ना पड़े
