This time, Rino Musume are visiting the Tachineputa-no Yakata, a museum where large Tachineputa (parade floats) are stored.
Tachineputa festival is a one of the four largest festivals of the Tsugaru region held during the summer time.
The massive Tachineputa parade through the city of Goshogawara while carriers and dancers shout “Yattemare! Yattemare!”
Come and visit the Tachineputa-no Yakata (Tachineputa Museum) to take a close look at these massive and breathtaking festival floats and experience a part of the festival itself.

五所川原立佞武多（ごしょがわらたちねぷた）祭りは、青森県五所川原市で8月4日から8月8日に開催される祭りです。 「青森のねぶた」と「弘前ねぷた」と並ぶ青森三大佞武多の一つで、高さが最大で20ｍを超える山車の壮大な運行と「やってまれ、やってまれ」の元気な掛け声が魅力です。
りんご娘が今回訪れたのは立佞武多の館。立佞武多祭りに出陣する大型立佞武多を常時格納・観覧できるほか、新作立佞武多の製作体験、津軽の民工芸の製作体験、五所川原ネプタのお囃子の練習など様々なイベントが行われる施設です。
青森を訪れた際に、是非この迫力のある館に足を運んでみてください。

In Goshogawara city of Aomori Prefecture, the 'Tachi-Neputa Festival is celebrated annually from the 4th to the 8th of August. The Festive Floats (Tachineputas) are displayed all year around in the Tachi-Neputa-no-Yakata museum. You will be able to feel the festive spirit by looking at the displays. Those who are not able to make it to the festival in August, this museum is a must visit! A huge Tachineputa is waiting for you!

五所川原立佞武多は青森県五所川原市で8月4日から8月8日に開催される祭りで、 高さが最大で20ｍを超える山車の壮大な運行が魅力です。
五所川原の立佞武多は、豪商、大地主の力と象徴として、山車の巨大さを競っていましたが、電気の普及による山車の小型化や、戦後に起きた２度の大火による設計図や写真の消失により巨大ねぷたは姿を消してしまいました。しかし、1993年に当時の設計図と写真が発見されたことをきっかけに「五所川原立佞武多」は復活をなしとげ、現在は青森の代表的な祭りのひとつとして人気です。

青森県五所川原市で8月に開催されている五所川原立佞武多の山車準備の最終作業です。冬期間修理していた山車を祭り前（例年7月中旬ころ）に組み上げますが、最上部を組み上げる作業を特に「カシラ上げ」と称し、祭り前のセレモニーとして機運醸成に一役買っています。

立佞武多の館には、毎年製作される、建物５階建てにもなる立佞武多が３体常設されています。
その巨大な立佞武多を上から眺める観覧席や、実際に立佞武多を制作している現場の観覧はもちろん、実際に製作に参加することも出来ます。

「五所川原立佞武多祭り」は、日本の東北地方にある青森県の五所川原市で、夏に開催される祭りです。
Goshogawara Tachi-Neputa Matsuri est un festival d’été de la ville de Goshogawara dans la préfecture d’Aomori. Cette dernière se situe dans la région du Tohoku au nord-est du Japon.
ねぶた祭りとは、主に日本の東北地方の各地で開催されている、伝統的な祭りです。
Le festival Nebuta ou Neputa est une fête traditionnelle organisée dans nombre de communes,principalement dans le nord du Tohoku.
お囃子の中、勇壮な掛け声と 和紙 で 装飾した 山車で町の中を練り歩きます。
Les participants défilent dans la rue en tirant les chars décorés en papier japonais . Le défilé est accompagné par des groupes de musiciens, et les festivaliers poussent de braves cris en défilant.
山車の形や掛け声などは、地域によって大変個性があります。
Les formes de chars et les cris de festivaliers sont différents d’une commune à l’autre.
五所川原立佞武多の最大の特徴は、山車の大きさです。
Le char Tachi-Neputa (« Neputa debout ») de Goshogawara est surtout connu pour sa hauteur.
高さは23m 、重さは約 19 トンという巨大な山車を、数十人でロープで引きます。
Il mesure 23 mètres,et il pèse 19 tonnes environ. Il est tiré par des dizaines de personnes avec les cordes.
その周囲を笛や太鼓、手平鉦(てひらがね) で演奏する「囃子方」と、踊り手の「跳人」が囲んで行進します。
Le groupe de musiciens est appelé hayashikata . Ils jouent de la flûte, du tambour et des petites cymbales tehiragane . Les danseurs sont appelés haneto , qui veut dire littéralement les sauteurs.
掛け声の「やってまれ」は、先ずは心の赴くままに行動しろ、という意味です。
Le cri des festivaliers «Yattemare » veut dire « Fais ce que tu veux ».
北国の短い夏、地域の人々はこの祭りによって、ひとときの熱狂を味わいます。
Les gens de la région célèbrent ce festival avec engouement pour fêter l’été éphémère du nord du Japon.
