Walking Around the Taipei Expo Park + Taipei Storey House (Taipei, Taiwan)
The Taipei Expo Park / 花博公園 is a multifunctional park in Zhongshan District converted from the 2010 Taipei International Flora Expo. The park comprises three typical park areas (Yuanshan, Taipei Fine Arts Museum and Xinsheng) while offering venues for the hosting of various events in the former Flora Expo’s pavilions. Among the iconic Flora Expo displays, still available, on the parks’ premises, mostly featuring perennial flowering/foliage plants and turfs, are the 3-dimensional Green Walls, Flower Walls, “Flora Rainbows”, Special Exhibition Area, Flower Landscape, Rare Flowers & Plants Area, and Fruit Tree Area.
The Taipei Story House / 台北故事館, formerly known as the Yuanshan Mansion (圓山別莊), is a historic house in the Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. It is now open as a museum in Taipei Expo Park.
The house was built in 1913–14 during Japanese rule by Tan Tiau-chun (陳朝駿), a Daitōtei tea merchant. It was originally a guest house for rich merchants, and other important local people.
The ground floor was built using brick and the upper floors of wood with English Tudor-style beams. The staircase is constructed to look like a pagoda. The entrance portico is in the classical style with Ionic columns.
The Story House museum now has exhibits related to tea and local history. It is located immediately adjacent to the Taipei Fine Arts Museum and close to Yuanshan Station.

The National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (Chinese: 國立國父紀念館; pinyin: Guólì Guófù Jìniàn Guǎn; literally: 'National 'Father of the Nation' Memorial Hall') is located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. It is a memorial to the Republic of China's National Father, Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and was completed in 1972. The total building area covers 29,464 square metres (7.3 acres) in an open space of 115,000 square metres (28.4 acres). It contains displays of Sun's life and the revolution he led, and is also a multi-purpose social, educational and cultural center for the public.

Taiwan Street Food - What to eat at Farmers Market at Taipei Expo Park, Yuanshan MRT (Metro) Station
Taipei Expo Farmer's Market is located at Taipei Expo Park. You can go there via MRT and it is at Yuanshan MRT station. It is a weekend market and only available on Saturday and Sunday from 10a.m. to 6p.m.
Besides lots of agricultural and food, there are also many street performance and contest to participate, and if you like you can have a picnic there too, many people do so on a good weather day.
Is a good way to spend an afternoon having some finger food with Taiwanese Chinese tea and coffee, sit at the park and enjoying the breeze and all kind of performance by locals.

Maji Square / Taipei Expo - A Must Visit When In Taipei
Get your self over to Taiwan you won't regret it. And if you should find yourself in Zhongshan Dsitrict head over to Maji Squre (also known as Taipei Expo).
We spent hours there. It's got great food options, bars, lots of cool shopping opportunities from many stalls, plenty of space for people to exercise and enjoy themselves. We saw gangs of kids and what were they doing, painting or practicing K-Pop style dancing. Many different groups of people. So cool.
I highly recommend a visit.

LOCATION:No.1,Section 3,Minquan E Rd.Zhongshan District, Taipei City OPEN: 24 hrs.Daily. The first European Landscape Garden in Taipei.Surruonded by residential building, near to Xintien Temple.The park has big grassy fields perfect for tunning around,playing,exercise,picnic or relax on benches as well shady underneath tress.There is also basketball court, skating area,an indoor swimming poolonsite,and a recently remodeled children's playground .Stage for the event,free solar charger for emergency cellphone and big screen camera apps for taking pictures. There has 3 area's of public toilet can use from right side, in the middle and left side area . At the night time fireflies are flashing to the dark.Squirrels and pegions have too. In this video I'll take you walking from Chongqing South Road to the Presidential Office Building up to Zongshan Hall around Zhongzheng District in Taipei.
I'll be taking you on a walk on the streets of Taipei. I started from the Chongqing Soth road, walked towards the Presidential Office Building made a right turn right at the Baoqing road, then turn another right on the corner of Bo'ai Road. Then made a left at Hengyang Road until I reached Zongshan Hall (中山堂).
