You can go from Keio Line Shinjuku Station to Mt.Takao for only 380 yen by train. Moreover a special express arrives in 50 minutes. A hot spring also forms near the getting off station in October, 2015 and soba noodles of a specialty can also enjoy itself. Japanese culture of common people found to have here.
Even usual clothes are the low mountain which can be climbed quickly, so if I'd like to experience Japanese temple culture and mountain worship, please have by all means!
