The one experience not to be missed in Japan, for me, is the traditional ryokan experience, which is more than just your typical hotel stay, but a package of must-do cultural experiences, all wrapped into one. This normally includes a traditional hotel suite, with frills attached, the hot spring baths, complimentary kimono dress, and, more than not, a multi-course kaiseki dinner. I have said similar with past ryokan stays, but Takaragawa Onsen in winter was more. For me it was the Japanese dream, where, other than on-screen, I never thought places like this existed in real life.

I believe that if you have chance to come here, you will come here many time. We recommend you to come here in 3 seasons which are summer, autumn and winter, you will get the difference feeling that you never forget it. This clip show you guys to come to Takaragawa Onsen on summer. Someone think that it is very warm, it is not!!! In a day, it is very good weather and in a night time, it is very cold. I wanna know if I come here in a winter, it will freeze or not? Try here, we recommend it.
