Finished eating I found the Park Cemetery Located in the kit or other openings. This quiet and tranquil place where they had buried the climbers suffered much distress in Mount McKinley. The monument honoring the gosangdon caught my eye and won two days alternately lift chairs on a cemetery. Korean first successful ascent of Mount Everest, and this place is climbing Mount McKinley is the highest peak in North America gosangdon crew had different destinies. The Korean children found this place and offered their best wishes and flower soul. Koreans have been sacrificed in this place was more than I think. I wanted to damn their souls. Many people lost their lives in another mountain to climb in the process. Do not know the climb well naroseon understood that it was difficult to walk through life. I do not know, but they were the people in that part of the same fate as the one found something, regardless of nationality and skin color. And the poem engraved on the memorial cemetery was delivered one chest deep dark sound.

If want to sell your home for top dollar, it all comes down to your pricing strategy. What we're going to cover today could be considered top-secret information because these techniques have helped thousands of our clients sell faster and for more money than the market average.
The days of doing a CMA and dictating to the seller what price they should list at are over. We look at pricing as a joint decision between us and a client. Our job is to present the information to you so that you can make sense of it in order to understand why we want to put a certain price on the home. Our clients understand how real estate pricing works simply because we take the time to go over it with them!
Don't worry about being totally unrealistic about the price you want to get because we're going to let you know. We're going to tell you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. This is to benefit you and the sale of your home.
When we sit down to find a price, we pull from three groups of property. Preferably, we will look back to find five recently sold homes that match the criteria of your home. Then we'll take a look at five or so pending listings if we can find some that match your criteria. Finally, we are going to pull as many active listings that fit the criteria of your listing as possible; since this is your competition, we want to use it as a guide for pricing.
Simply put, we want to price your home competitively against our competition because buyers are doing comparison shopping online. If your home is the highest priced in your price bracket, it could have devastating results. Many home sellers think they can just come down later, but I'll explain why that's a bad idea in a future video!
If you have any questions about how to competitively price your home, or if you have any real estate questions of any kind, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We would love to hear from you!

Seward Alaska Waterfront RV Park Tour
America has over 13,000 RV parks and of all of those, few, if any can match the breathtaking beauty that the Seward Waterfront RV Park offers. From the RV Park we saw whales, seals, otters, bald eagles and more! Multiple cruise ships gracefully cruised past during our stay as well. The scenic RV Park is conveniently situated within an easy walk of the shopping, dining and entertainment options of the Seward Boat Harbor and downtown Seward. The RV Park directly abuts a high quality community playground, also on the waterfront. Water and electricity hook-ups are $40 without water and electricity is $20. The RV Park offers fairly clean bathrooms including showers that stay open until 10:00pm and cost $2 extra. I wish the Seward Waterfront RV Park had a dumping facility on the lot, but the 1 minute drive to the facility down the road wasn’t really an issue. If you’re planning a trip to Alaska and taking an RV or willing to tent camp, then this RV Park is a must visit.
If you enjoyed this Seward Waterfront RV Park tour, then make sure to give it a thumbs up, share and post a comment below!

This is a uniquely beautiful and comfortable 2-story home on a 2/3 acre secluded lot in a quiet neighborhood on Anchorage's hillside. If you are going to come all the way to Alaska for vacation, make sure you enjoy the beauty of it in the place you stay too!
The home is a custom-built 2000 sq ft house full of personal touches. It has tons of windows and natural light, and is full of custom tile, painting, and woodwork. (It is rare that visitors don't comment on how comfortable and beautiful it is.)
It is fully furnished and has 2 master bedrooms and 1 smaller room + 3 bathrooms that provide plenty of space for everyone. It sleeps 3-7 with 2 queen beds & 1 double bed + 1 twin-size bed available. This home feels remote as it is tucked into a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood near the mountains and hillside parks, yet, it is still very close to all the city amenities. Don't be surprised if you have wildlife such as moose walk right through the yard, even with the grocery store and shopping stores only a few miles away!
The home has an open living area with a TV, DVD player, BOSE stereo system, and an open and inviting fully-furnished kitchen. There is high-speed WIFI throughout the house, and a west-facing deck with a gas BBQ to enjoy the afternoon & evening sun setting over the Alaska Range mountains. Each of the master bedrooms have their own custom bathrooms, and a third full bathroom can be used by all on the main floor.
With easy access to Minnesota Drive & the Seward Highway it is only 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown, walking distance to the zoo & hillside park trails, 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants, and 10 minutes from Chugach State Park.

Rving Alaska: Exploring Denali on a Green Bus in search of Grizzlies, Caribou and more
Our first full day camping 30 miles inside Denali National Park at Teklanika campground we jump on a green bus and ride out to the end of the road to Kantishna. Along the way we spot many grizzlies, caribou, short eared owls, marmots and many other critters but unfortunately the weather hid the Denali, formerly known as Mt. McKinley from our view.
