Tallinn Estonia ferry Terminal B to bus for Riga Latvia 2014-05-06
Tallin city sights and sounds from the city's ferry terminal B to ts bus station is followed by the rural-forest view of Estonia and Latvia on an intercity bus ride to Riga.
What to see in Tallin Estonia?| Old Town | Medieval City| NCL cruise | Family friendly attraction
** Hi everybody! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Thank you for visiting out channel! =)**
- This is part 2 of our Baltic Sea Cruise!. The port of destination is in Tallin, Estonia, where its Old Town is said to be one of the best preserved medieval city! Old Town is like a big huge castle with cobblestone streets, cathedrals, markets, cafe, and pubs. Walking around the town has a true Medieval feeling!
** NCL does offer tour on this port, however, we did not purchase the excursion. We did out own. We got off the ship and 10 min. later, we're at the old town!**
** Family Friendly Tip**
If you have stroller with small wheels, it's best to leave it. Pushing a stroller in old town is stressful! The streets and walk ways are narrow and don't forget they are cobblestoned! You'll end up carrying the stroller with you. Believe me, learn from our mistake.
**Thank you for taking the time to watch our video!. We really appreciate it. See you guys on our next destination!**

Smart Port Solution in Tallinn Port
Old City Harbour is one of the biggest and busiest passenger harbours in the Baltic region. It is also the biggest passenger harbour for both Port of Tallinn and Estonia.
Smart Port Project is a traffic flow management solution organizing pre-check-in, check-in and line management for ports with multiple ferry operators by providing holistic and easy to understand service for people with trucks and cars. Smart Port Project reduces passengers waiting time in the harbour, providing a comprehensive, time consuming and understandable service.

Day in Tallinn Estonia Walking from Port to Fat Margaret Tower Serenade of the Seas Cruise Stop
Today, the ship was docked in Tallinn, Estonia. There were at least 2 other cruise ships in port. Our plan was to walk, and walk some more. We relied heavily on Rick Steves Northern European Ports guide for how to walk, as well as navigated with my smartphone GPS. In this part 1, I show you how we walk from the cruise port all the way to the Fat Margaret Tower, which houses the Estonian Maritime Museum. We didn't visit the museum today.

Tallinn Estonia Part 2 Town Square Olde Hansa, Upper Town Alexander Nevsky Cathedral
Tallinn Estonia Part 3 Walking back to Old Town & Beer Break

Tallinn Estonia Part 6 Looking at Tallinn Port Passengers Walking Back from Cruise Ship -
We sail on the Royal Caribbean Serenade of the Seas 7N Baltic Seas cruise out of Copenhagen Denmark, sailing to Stockholm (Sweden), Tallinn (Estonia), St Petersburg (Russia) and Helsinki (Finland). Our sailing was late May 2016. Launched in 2003, the Serenade of the Seas is a retrofitted Radiance class cruise ship. We stayed in a gorgeous Family Oceanview cabin 1054 and had a wonderful time. Lets Go Explore The Tallinn Cruise Port to Old Town
Welcome to Tallinn, Estonia. One of Royal Caribbean Ports of Call is Tallinn, Estonia. Cruise Port for Explorer of the Seas. We made a stop in the old town of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are looking for old Europe's hidden gem of an old world town, this is the place to come. It is a very well maintained, clean and beautiful city that has kept its roots. The people of Estonia where very friendly and helpful with any questions we had, but the old world feel to it could not be beat.

Port of Tallinn: Cruise destination
Find out about Port of Tallinn and Tallinn (the capital of Estonia) - the perfect cruise destination!
Cruise vessels are mainly accommodated in the Old City Harbour, located in the very heart of Tallinn and from May 2006 in Saaremaa Harbour. Old City Harbour is an excellent harbour for servicing passengers.
Port of Tallinn is the biggest port authority in Estonia and as far as both cargo and passenger traffic are taken into account, the biggest port on the shores of the Baltic Sea.
Port of Tallinn is one of the biggest cruise and passenger ports in the Baltics.
Leaving the Norwegian Star Cruise Ship and walking in Tallinn, Estonia
Tallinn is situated on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland, in north-western Estonia.
The largest lake in Tallinn is Lake Ülemiste (9.44 km2 (3.6 sq mi)). It is the main source of the city's drinking water. Lake Harku is the second largest lake within the borders of Tallinn and its area is 1.6 square kilometres (0.6 sq mi). Tallinn does not lie on a major river. The only significant river in Tallinn is Pirita River in Pirita, a city district counted as a suburb. Historically, the small Härjapea River flowed from Lake Ülemiste through the town into the sea, but the river was diverted for sewage in the 1930s and has since completely disappeared from the cityscape. References to it still remain in the street names Jõe (from Jõgi, river) and Kivisilla (from Kivisild, stone bridge).
A limestone cliff runs through the city. It can be seen at Toompea, Lasnamäe and Astangu. However, Toompea is not a part of the cliff, but a separate hill.
The highest point in Tallinn, at 64 meters above sea level, is situated in Hiiu, Nõmme District, in the south-west of the city.
The length of the coast is 46 kilometres (29 miles). It comprises three bigger peninsulas: Kopli peninsula, Paljassaare peninsula and Kakumäe peninsula.
