Necklace Road Hyderabad Stretched across a length of three-kilometre, Necklace Road adjoining the Hussain Sagar lake, which connects three major parks of the city, namely NTR Gardens, Lumbini Park and Sanjeevaiah Park. The road runs from NTR Gardens and Lumbini Park in Hyderabad to Sanjeevaiah Park. And from Sanjeevaiah Park it runs to the Tank Bund Road which is later connected to the NTR Gardens. This gives it a shape of a necklace.

The Tank Bund Road runs between Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Telangana, India. The Tank Bund dams Hussain Sagar Lake on the eastern side and connects the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
The Tank Bund Road runs along the main lake in Hyderabad and is a very popular place for locals to hang about. The sides of the road have been developed and beautified to make good seating arrangements with statues of famous personalities and a few eateries. Overall a nice place to spend some time in the evenings.

Hussain Sagar is a heart shaped lake in Hyderabad built by Hazrat Hussain Shah Wali in 1563, during the rule of Ibrahim Quli Qutub Shah. It is spread across an area of 5.7 square kilometers and is fed by River Musi. A large monolithic statue of the Gautama Buddha, erected in 1992, stands on Gibraltar Rock in the middle of the lake. It also separates Hyderabad from its twin city Secunderabad. The maximum depth of the lake is 32 feet.(from wiki)
