The Tallinn Offensive is underway this time as the Red Army reconquers Estonia. Schörner orders Army Group North to fall back towards Courland, and Raus's Third Panzer Army has all it's panzers taken away. The Estonians also declare independence, but are ultimately crushed by the Soviets. So yes, there's a lot going on this time, and Army Group North is getting closer to being trapped in the Courland Pocket.
