Tank Extravaganza at Tank Ride June 23rd 2019
Tank Ride’s Tank Extravaganza! It was a great experience and I can’t wait til the next one.
Here are links to Tank Ride’s stuff!
Check them out! It’s an awesome place to visit if you’re in the area.
Here's the long version of the Bridgelayer video
My previous Tank Ride video (about the Centurion bridgelayer) is here:
In this video you can see their collection of Centurion tanks. 5 of them. A regular gun tank, one equipped with a dozer blade. A bridge layer, an ARV and a driver trainer tank.
There’s also an awesome Alvis Sabre, M3 Stuart, Polish MT-LBu, Alvis Stalwart, saracen APC and a Gama Goat
You’ll also see a handful of jeeps a supa cat and a universal carrier getting around… There’s also a tank crushing a car, which is cool, though I didn’t have the best position for filming… Car was still crushed good and proper though!
Good times were had!

Centurion Tank Ride
First time for me to ride in a tank, what an awesome Valentines gift from my girlfriend, got to ride in a Centurion, 1953 army tank. These tanks served in the golf war and in the Vietnam War; you can still see the bullet damage on the sides. Both tanks are Ex-Australian tanks.

Tank Ride - Centurion Driver Trainer Tank
A few weeks ago I went for a ride on this Centurion driver trainer tank. Good times were had and I would highly recommend it! I'll be back to ride on the gun tank as soon as I can afford to!

NAC 2018 Brisbane - VLOG Day 1 - Naomi Simson, JT Foxx and the other guy
This is my relaxed review of the first morning of NAC 2018 in Brisbane.
Big names like Naomi Simson, founder of RedBalloon and Shark on Shark Tank TV show; JT Foxx and the guy who I couldn't remember the name.
It's been a great morning. Naomi was very inspiring yet humble while telling the story of how she built her multi-million business from nothing.
JT Foxx, literally spent 2 hours showing how cool he was and how many big names he met in his life. Very good salesperson though; I take my hat off.
I hope you guys enjoy this short VLOG.
Cheers,
Pat

Monday Challenge Scene Remake - Fury
This is our submission to the November 2014 Monday Challenge for Film Riot, where we have attempted to remake a pivotal scene from the movie, Fury. We had a lot of fun with this, and even managed to shoot inside an actual tank, which presented its own complications but it was an incredible learning experience and we worked with a fantastic team. A HUGE thanks to Tim Wood from Tank Ride at Tambourine, Australia, for allowing to use his incredible Centurion tank! Hope you guys enjoy! ~ GMG

Got a taste for World of Tanks riding in a Centurion
Thanks to Wargaming.com and South Gippsland Tank Adventures, I got to ride in an ex-Aussie Army Centurion tank this week – and the experience didn't disappoint.
The 52-tonne, V12-engined behemoth still bashes the Aussie bush with all the grace and nobility of a 650-horsepowered wrecking machine.
All this action was a very fitting precursor to the launch of an Aussie Centurion in the world-wide game-phenomenon World of Tanks, which has more than 160 million players world wide.
The Aussie Centurion was formally launched in the game today, 11 May 2018, as a tier 8 asset and should offer a great sense of nostalgia – as well as significant hitting power and survivability – to the plethora of Australian players in World of Tanks.
If you are an Australian World of Tanks player, I'd love to hear from you – especially if/when you actually use the Aussie Centurion in the game – editor@militarycontact.com
We'll have a proper story of our Centurion encounter
in the next issue of CONTACT magazine, published on 1 June.
In the mean time, enjoy this action-packed video.
