How to Make Chicken Thai Chilli Jam Cashew Stir Fry ไก่ผัดเม็ดมะม่วง | Taya Kitchen
tayakitchen.com.au || THE MOST POPULAR THAI STIR FRY ( Out of Thailand! )
So to be real, I’ve never eaten this dish until I moved to Australia even though it is a Thai stir fry. The Thai Cuisine is highly influenced by the Thai-Chinese ancestors, this dish took it’s inspiration from Kung Pow Chicken, another classic Chinese dish
My friends would lose their minds when I make this. It’s so simple but it has all the things you want in a perfect stir fry. It’s easy to create at home, has a good range of flavours, you can make it as hot or as mild as you like.
Try the recipe with other proteins such as pork, beef, duck, tofu, vegetables or seafood. They all work. How do I know this? Cos I’ve cooked them all. LOL

How to Make Som Tum - Thai Green Papaya Salad ส้มตำ | Taya Kitchen
tayakitchen.com.au || TANGY! HEALTHY! and full of flavour. A classic Thai-Laotian salad made using crunchy green papaya tossed through a robust dressing. This unique salad is often served with BBQ Meats and a side of white sticky rice.
Don't stress if you are unable to track down green papayas as there are some easy substitutions that will also bring a their own refreshing flavour to the dish. Look for crisp and crunchy granny smith apples, chokos/ chayotes and green mangos for your Som Tum creations. Although some of these are not traditionally used in Thailand, it's best to make use of the fresh produce that are freshly available in your country rather than miss out on making the dish entirely.

How to Make Thai Chilli Paste, Chilli Jam (Narm Prik Pow) น้ำพริกเผา | Taya Kitchen
tayakitchen.com.au || THE MOST VERSATILE PASTE EVER!
Okay so I am a little excited for this recipe. Narm Prik Pow has a few western reincarnations, you may be familiar with “ Thai Chilli Jam”/ “ Thai Chilli Paste in Soy Bean Oil”. This insanely delicious paste is often enjoyed with rice, vegetables, grilled meats, seafood or even just with a humble fried egg.
The homemade version is dynamite and it was so much fun to make too. The paste/ jam is used widely in countless stir fries, soups, sauces and marinades. Narm Prik Pow can be purchased and found at any good Asian grocer, a good brand to look for are Aroy D or Pantai Brand.
I will be using this paste in a mouth water Chicken Cashew Nut and Chilli Jam in the next upcoming videos, so stay tuned!

Refreshingly delicious, Thai Red Tea can be enjoyed in so many ways. In this video I will be making a creamy sweet version over ice but it also perfect served warm with a Chinese doughnut and the later version will be with lime and sugar, the perfect accompaniment to any delicious meal.
There’s no recipe for this video as you make it as you prefer. However you can also use the Thai Red Tea leaves to infuse ice creams, puddings and brûlée for an Asian twist.
