Tehidy Country Park, West Cornwall, England, UK
About 2 miles north of Camborne, 2 miles west of Redruth, and about 1 mile south of the small harbour of Portreath. It was once part of an ancient manor owned by the Basset family which later gained much wealth from local tin mining.
Tehidy was first recorded in the 1086 Domesday Book, when it was called Tedintone.
Within the boundaries of Tehidy Country Park, evidence of man's activities can be found dating back many centuries. In the North Cliffs area there is an ancient earthwork nestling in the woodland whilst in Oak Wood, earth banks that were once field boundaries can still be seen. The Basset family obtained the Manor of Tehidy in the middle of the 12th century and much of what we see there today is the result of their activities.

Lake Ewart - Cambourne - Cambs - UK
Lake Ewart is the closest lake to most of the homes in Cambourne and is the only lake where fishing is permitted. A walk around this lake provides pleasant, relaxing views across the water and also takes in some areas of grassland and recently planted trees. Visitors are able to see a variety of wildlife including water birds, dragonflies, skylarks and wildflowers. There are a number of platforms that can be used for fishing or simply to get closer to the water and its wildlife.

It's a 3-points-on-your-license for this offence. Although it's another example of how people driving get away with traffic offences as this simply isn't policed.
The police say they are far too busy to prosecute these style of offences. And they'd be right as it's endemic in our country. It's endemic because they backed away from prosecution in the first place.
Strange that they have plenty of time to prosecute people riding without lights, despite the evidence that this action only causes 2% of cycle accidents, and mainly only harms those that are silly enough not to use lights.
Stopping or Parking in Cycle Lanes
Highway Code Rule 240 (backed up in law)
You MUST NOT stop or park on a tram or cycle lane.
And the 1988 Road Traffic Act, section 21.
Any person who, without lawful authority, drives or parks a vehicle wholly or partly on a cycle track is guilty of an offence. Unless:
saving life, or extinguishing fire or meeting any other like emergency
maintaining of any structure or other work situated in the cycle track or its verges
undertaking work on water, sewerage electricity, gas, or telecomms network
