Mandir Shri Ram Chandra ji | मंदिर श्री रामचंद्र जी, चांदपोल बाजार, जयपुर
ManakTv. छोटी काशी यानी जयपुर के आराध्य देव जहां गोविन्ददेव जी हैं, वहीं इस शहर में कई प्राचीन मंदिर और भी हैं। ऐसा ही एक खास मंदिर है, चांदपोल बाजार स्थित भगवान रामचंद्र जी का मंदिर। इस वैभवशाली मंदिर की खासियत यहां का बेजोड़ शिल्प है। मंदिर का विशाल जगमोहन और सुंदर खंभे सभी का ध्यान अपनी ओर आकर्षित करते हैं। इन खंभों पर की गई बारीक कारीगरी प्राचीन शिल्प का बेहतरीन उदाहरण है।
बताया जाता है कि मंदिर की जगह पहले बगीचा और शिव जी का मंदिर था। सवाई रामसिंह द्वितीय के शासनकाल में उनकी महारानी गुलाब कंवर धीरावतजी ने करीब सवा सौ साल पहले इस मंदिर का निर्माण करवाया था। खास बात यह है कि महारानी ने इसमें अपने निजी खर्च को व्यय किया था।
इस विशाल में चार बड़े चौक बनाए गए हैं। मंदिर में भगवान रामचंद्र के साथ माता जानकी, भ्राता लक्ष्मण भरत, शत्रुघ्न की प्रतिमाएं भी विराजमान हैं। जो भी पर्यटक गुलाबी नगरी यानी जयपुर के शिल्प की झलक देखने के लिए यहां आते हैं, वे इस मंदिर में भी उत्साह के साथ भ्रमण करते हैं।
मन्दिर में दर्शन का समय:
मंदिर में दर्शन दिनभर खुले रहते हैं। दिन के समय कुछ घंटों के लिए पट बंद किए जाते हैं। राम जन्मोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में यहां नौ दिवसीय समारोह आयोजित किया जाता है। नववर्ष के पहले दिन यानि पड़वा से दशमी तक प्रतिदिन समारोह का आयोजन होता है।

रायपुर जिले के आरंग विकासखंड के अंतर्गत चंद्रखुरी नामक एक छोटे से गांव में कौशल्या माता का मंदिर स्थित है। चंद्रखुरी सैंकड़ों साल पूर्व तक चंद्रपुरी (देवताओं की नगरी) मानी जाती थी।कालातंर में चंद्रपुरी से चंद्रखुरी हो गया। यह छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर से 25 किलोमीटर पूर्व दिशा में एक सुंदर विशाल जल सेना जलाशय के मध्य में स्थित है। पुरातात्विक दृष्टि से इस मंदिर के अवशेष सोमवंशी कालीन आठवीं-नौंवी शती ईस्वीं के माने जाते हैं।
सोमवंशी नरेशों को स्वप्न आने पर उन्होंने जलसेन तालाब खुदवा दिया, जहां माता कौशल्या की दुर्लभ प्रतिमा उन्हें मिली। उनकी गोद में भगवान राम विराजमान दिखे। मां कौशल्या के वापस घर आने की मान्यता पर मंदिर बनवाया गया।
मंदिर की पौराणिकता
वाल्मिकी रामायण के अनुसार - छत्तीसगढ़ का प्राचीन नाम कौशल था। कौशल के राजा भानुमंत की सुपुत्री कौशल्या का विवाह अयोध्या नरेश दशरथ से हुआ था। कौशल की राजकन्या भानुमति को विवाह उपरांत कौशल राजदूहिता होने के कारण कौशल्या कहा जाने लगा। रानी कौशल्या माता के कोख से प्रभु राम का जन्म हुआ। इस युग के अंत होने के बाद नई सृष्टि की रचना हुई।
राजा मनु और सतरूपा का जन्म हुआ। कठोर तप कर उन्होंने संतान के रूप में भगवान को पाने की कामना की। इसी कामना पर भगवान राम अगले युग में सतरूपा की कोख में जन्मे। दरअसल राजा मनु दशरथ थे और सतरूपा मां कौशल्या थीं। भगवान राम को गोद में लेकर एक प्रतिमा के स्वरूप कौशिल वापस अपने घर दक्षिण कौशल यानी छत्तीसगढ़ (चंदखुरी) में जन्मीं।
जलसेन इस क्षेत्र का सबसे बड़ा तालाब था। इसके चारों-ओर 126 तालाब होने की जनश्रुति मिलती है। किंतु अभी इस क्षेत्र में 20-26 तालाब ही शेष हैं। जलसेन तालाब लगभग 16 एकड़ क्षेत्र में विस्तृत है, इस सुंदर तालाब के चारों - ओर लबालब जलराशि में तैरते हुए कमल पत्र एवं कमल पुष्प की सुंदरता इस जलाशय की सुंदरता को बढ़ाती है।
तालाब के बीच पुल के माध्यम से मंदिर तक पंहुचा जाता है | बरसात के समय मंदिर की शोभा देखने लायक होती है| मंदिर प्रांगम की सुंदरता दूर से ही भव्य दिखाई देती है| मंदिर के चारो तरफ अनेक वृक्ष लगे हुए है तथा गार्डन का निर्माण किया गया है | मंदिर प्रांगण में भक्तो को आकर्षित करने के लिए नाना प्रकार के निर्माधीन प्रतिमाओं का निर्माण किया गया है |
उनमे से सबसे सुंदर विष्णु की शेष शैय्या में बनी प्रतिमा है जो तालाब के बीच में स्थित है | वहा तक सिर्फ तैर के पंहुचा जाता है |नवरात्रि के समय भक्तो की भारी भीड़ देखने को मिलती है
तथा भक्तो के द्वारा काफी संख्या में मनोकामना ज्योति कलश जलाये जाते है तथा मनोकामना स्वरुप मंदिर के सामने के वृक्ष पर कपडे से लपेटकर नारियल बाँधा जाता है तथा मनोकामना पूरी होने पर उसे वहा से निकाल देते है |

Bhoramdeo Temple Kawardha Chhattisgarh A Beautiful Ancient Historical Tourist Place Temple
Bhoramdeo Temple (22.116N 81.148E) is a very old Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located at a distance of 18 km from Kawardha town in Kabirdham district in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. This temple, scenically situated amidst mountain ranges, was built in the period of 7th to 11th century AD. The temples were built by King Ramchandra of the Nag Dynasty and have a special attraction for lovers of history and archaeology.
Amidst the picturesque surroundings of Maikal mountains and dense forests, the perfect blend of religious and erotic sculptures, the Bhoramdeo temple, is carved on the rocky stones in the Nagar style. The Shiva Linga in the temple is beautifully carved and the artistic appeal beckons the visitors. The Bhoramdeo temple has a resemblance with the Khajuraho temple, and that is why it is also called the Khajuraho of Chhattisgarh. In the backdrop of natural beauty, this temple is also unique for its architecture. Cunnigham had termed it as one of the most beautifully decorated temple seen by him.
The temple[edit]
The main temple here has two parts. One is known as Ishtika made temple and the other is completely stone-carved. The main Bhoramdeo temple is in front of a tranquil and cool lake. This medieval temple has been constructed upon a five feet high sprawling platform including a 'Mandap' (shelter) Antral (Passage) and 'Garbha Grih' (The main house of God). This east facing temple has three openings except in the west. In the 60 ft. x 40 ft. area of the temple the Mandap which is square shape having four pillars in the centre and the rest are in periphery, associated with high roofs. There is a half shelter also on every entrance. In the 9 x 9 sq. ft sized 'Garbha Grih' a Shiva Linga' is situated. The top of Grabha Grih goes straight to the summit of the temple, known as the Kalash. The east side Kalash is open in a circular form, probably to reduce the weight and maintain the balance of the structure. Near the entrance on the outer walls, the sculptures of Lord Vishnu and his other incarnations can be seen, besides those of Shiva, Ganesha etc. The rows of idols, starting from top to bottom, have sizes of one, one and half, and two feet height respectively. The bottom part of the temple has four structures to keep the main body of the temple intact braving adverse weather condition. There are only four joints, but no 'kalash' on the top of the same. The idols of elephants and lions are queued up on the top, giving the temple a decorative look. The main idols in the temple are those of Uma-Maheswar, Natraj, Narsimha, Vaman, Krishna, Surya, Kaal, Bhairava, Nritya Ganesh, Kartikeya, Tandul, Shivgang, Chamunda, Ambika, Sapta-Matrika and Laxmi-Narayan. The traces of 'Ram-Katha' are also engraved here in stones. Amidst a variety of idols the carnal sculptures of the temple are known worldwide for their exquisite carving in different erotic poses, obviously to reflect the lifestyle of those historic periods. In the north of the temple, there is a brick structured temple, which has got a superbly crafted series. On the North East and South portions of the 'Garbha Grih' the right angled projections add attraction to the site having big one in the middle and smaller ones on the outer side.

Bhoramdeo temple is situated near Kawardha at a distance of 18 km by road from Kawardha in Kabirdham district. Raipur is the nearest Railway station on the Mumbai-Howrah main line. Regular Buses ply from Raipur (116 km), Rajnandgaon (133 km) and Jabalpur(220 km) to Kawardha. Taxis are available from Kawardha (18 km) to the temple site.Raipur Airport is the nearest airport.

As per a report in news agency IANS, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Amit Shah on Friday made a huge statement on the controversial Ram Temple issue and has said that construction of a grand Ram temple at Ayodhya will begin before the 2019 elections. As per the report, Shah told a meeting of party leaders in Hyderabad that steps will be taken to clear the decks for launching construction of the temple before the polls.BJP National Executive member Perala Sekharjee briefed the media about the meeting at BJP's Telangana state unit office.Considering the developments, I believe that construction of Ram temple will begin before the coming general elections, Sekharjee quoted Shah as saying.

Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi site which loosely translates to site where Lord Rama is actually believed to have been born remains one of the most contentious issues between the two most sizeable communities of the country. While many have seen their political careers soar because of this dispute, did you know that divine angle for Ram Mandir at Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi site was invoked as far back as in year 2006 and far from Uttar Pradesh.
Senior RSS Pracharak Rajendra Prasad, in an exclusive interview to Clipper28’s correspondent Shrikant Yadu revealed that it was in year 2006 during a congregation of astrologers in Raipur a suggestion came about that temple for Lord Rama if constructed in Chhattisgarh (also the maternal home), that it will then pave way for Ram Mandir construction in Ayodhya.
He pointed out that BJP leader Yogi Adityanath, who was then a Member of Parliament, had graced the consecration ceremony of Raipur temple for Lord Rama and he returned to his state only to rise in his political career and become Chief Minister of the state.
However, when asked about the possible time frame for Ram Mandir to come up in Ayodhya, the RSS veteran Rajendra Prasad also responded with a simple ‘soon’.

Bhoramdeo Temple is a complex of Hindu temples dedicated to the god Shiva in Bhoramdeo, in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It comprises a group of four temples of which the earliest is a brick-temple.
The main temple is the Bhoramdeo temple built in stone.[3] The architectural features with erotic sculptures has given a distinct style akin to the Khajuraho temple and the Konarak Sun Temple in Odisha, and hence the Bhoramdeo complex is known by the sobriquet the Khajuraho of Chhattisgarh.
Another temple within a distance of about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) from Bhoramdeo, which is mentioned along with the Bhoramdeo complex is the Madwa Mahal, meaning marriage hall in local dialect, also known as Dullhadeo. It was built in 1349 during the reign of Ramchandra Deo of the Nagavanshi dynasty and has a unique Shiva Linga erected over 16 pillars.
Location
The Bhoramdeao temple complex is built at the foot of the thickly forested scenic backdrop of the Maikal range of hills,[3] in the Daksina Kosala region, which is in the present day Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It is situated 18 km to the North-West of the tehsil town of Kawardha in Kabirdham district.
The nearest airport to the Bhoramdeo complex is 134 km away near Raipur, which is the capital of Chhattisgarh and Raipur is well connected with the many major cities of the country. Raipur is also the nearest railhead Bombay-Howarah main line. Road communications from Kawardha, the nearest tehsil town to the temple complex, exists to Raipur (116 km), Rajnandgaon(133 km) and Jabalpur(220 km).
There is also a bypass road from Raipur to Madhya Pradesh Highway which skirts the Kanha National Park.
History
The temple complex, rich in history and archeological details, is dated to the Kalachuri period (10th-12th centuries, one ruling over areas in Central India in west Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and were called Chedi or Haihaya (Heyheya) (northern branch)) with close identity with the sculptures found in nearby archeological sites such as Janjgir, Kalachuri, Narayanpur and Ratanpur sites. The brick temples were built during the rule of Pandus and are similar to those built in Kharod, Palari, Rajim and Sirpur in the state.
The Temple was built by Laxman Dev Rai & Gopal Dev of Faninagvansh Dynasty.The temple complex, highlighted as a scintillating poetry in stone, is credited to Nagwanshi Kings who practiced tantrism and who ruled in the then Southern Koshal region, which is now the state of Chhattisgarh. Its construction is dated between the 7th and 12th centuries. As the Gond Tribals of the area worshiped Lord Shiva whom they called Bhoramdeo, the temple was also named Bhoramdeo with the Shiva Linga deified in it. Canon Authorised Service Collection Center
