Time to go on a Sailing Tour and for some Dolphin and Whale Watching on this sunny day here in Costa Adeje. The tour started in Puerto Colon where we boarded the sailing boat.

For our last day in Tenerife we thought we would make it special with a trip out on the Freebird Catamaran! We had read really good reviews on these guys beforehand and we were not disappointed. We got to see some amazing whales up close, given as much drink as we wanted and food was provided, plus the crew were fantastic! We really are glad we booked this

This yachting tour along the coast of Tenerife is probably the best way to see the South part of the island.

Onboard the captain welcomes you with a glass of cava. You will notice first the large sun deck on the front and a shadowed area towards the back of the boat. As you get comfortable, the boat starts its journey to observe dolphins and pilot whales in their natural environment. Because of the small number of passengers the experience becomes more real. Then slowly the ship turns to the coast and stops for you to have a swim and snorkel. If you are lucky enough, you can see loggerhead turtles. With this, the cruise is reaching the end and returns to the port.
