Almost 140.000 tons of bananas are produced on the island every year. For his banana wine, Carlos Guevara is on the lookout for especially mature perennials. There were man before him with the same idea, but Carlos is the first to come up with a very drinkable wine.

Guachinches are small, local wineries that are allowed to sell their wine during 4 months (at their choosing) in their own house, garage or garden. Simple wines in a down to earth setting, way off the beaten path. Truly an authentic experience.

Too small pools for such number of people, it was overcrowded to swim. Evening entertainment at very low level, from performance and technical equipment side.
