Somebody stole this video and put it onto their account as their own! A French guy named ingridwashingtontoga stole my video and put it onto his account! I made this video, not him!
His account is:

I want to kill him! I'm so pissed!
This is a slideshow of Pics of the Marshall Texas T&P Depot and the museum inside it. Many trains pass by it very frequently (for evidence, see my video, Marshall Action ) including trains from Union Pacific, Amtrak and other railroads.

Wyalucing plantation was the childhood home of the only woman to appear
on Confederate currency, Lucy Holcombe Pickens, and housed the office
of the Trans-Mississippi Postal Department. Many African-Americans came
to Marshall during Reconstruction; but the establishment of the White
Citizens Party after the Union troops departed kept many former slaves
locked into poverty. A former slave displays a horn formerly used to
call slaves on the outskirts of Marshall in 1939. The Old Harrison
County Courthouse in Whetstone Square is the centerpiece of
the Wonderland of Lights, one of the largest light festivals in the
United States, and is lit with thousands of lights during the
celebration. In the first decade of the 21st century the Sam B. Hall,

T&P Depot, constructed in 1912, in the Ginocchio National Historic
District houses the Texas & Pacific Railway Museum and also is a

Texas to plant wildflowers on state highways.
A Trip to the historic Marshall, Texas Depot
On a recent trip to the historic Marshall, Texas Depot, I caught three east bounds. One was headed to Shreveport and two rounded the curve headed to Texarkana and points east.
Texas & Pacific 2-8-2 #400- Today
These are some photos of Texas & Pacific Passenger 2-8-2 #400 today. The 400 was called the Moccasin because it was one of the last steam locomotive used on T&P and could drag diesels out of standing water. It was on display in a park for about one week, where it was photographed by me an compiled into a slideshow for y'all. It is now outside the T&P Museum (see my video, Texas & Pacific Depot and Station: Marshall, TX). Enjoy!
Edit:
I have since been informed by joneau261 that this was ex- Fort Worth and Denver ( (a subsidiary of the CB&Q Burlington Route)
joneau261: Not quite... it was FW&D 410 until T&P bought it in 1957. Her purpose of rescuing diesels through floodwaters caused her to not be retired until 1961. It looks like it's been a little weathered since then...
Thanks for all the great comments! Keep them up!
This Slideshow was made in March '08. In early April, they moved her, using 3 flatbed trucks and a couple of cranes, to next to the old Union Pacific wide-vision caboose at the old restored Texas and Pacific Railway depot / Museum at Marshall, Texas.

Texas State Railroad: 2019 Polar Express
On November 16, 2019 we went out to Palestine, TX for the second weekend in a row, but this time it was for the Texas State Railroad Polar Express. Last weekend in Palestine we seen the Union Pacific Big Boy #4014, this weekend we seen Texas State Railroad 2-8-2 Mikado #30 and FP9A #125 pulling the Polar Express train in each direction.
#30 was built in 1917 by Baldwin Locomotive Works, it worked for short Louisiana line called the Tremont & Gulf Railway from after WWI to the 1950s. It was sold to the Magma Arizona Railroad and was renumbered to #7, and it worked there from 1954 to 1967. In 1962 it starred in a film called “How the West Was Won.” It came to the Texas State Railroad in 1974 and was restored to operation in 1978 and was renumbered to #400. It was out of service in the early 2000s but returned in 2014 with it's Magma Arizona #7 Livery. In 2017 it was brought back to it's Tremont and Gulf #30 Livery.
#125 was built in 1957 by the Electro-Motive Division for the Canadian National Railway, originally numbered #6521. 125 was restored in 2018 and was painted in the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad’s most famous passenger train, “The Texas Special” and normally pulls trains along the line when steam is not operational.
We were also able to meet actor Eddie Deezen, his most popular role was the Know It All Kid from Polar Express (2004), and also was in other popular movies like Grease (1978).
We had fun in the last two weekends in East Texas seeing two different steam locomotives in the same area. Enjoy the magical ride through the piney woods of East Texas on board the Polar Express. We hope y'all enjoy.

Union Pacific Big Boy #4014: The Great Race Across East Texas
On Saturday, November 9 and Sunday, November 10, 2019, we embarked on a big 2 day chase that was over 200 miles long. On both days we chased the legendary locomotive himself, the Union Pacific Big Boy #4014. On Day 1, we chased 4014 with Union Pacific SD70ace #4141 (also known as the George Bush engine or the George Bush Funeral Train) from Hearne to Palestine, Texas. On Day 2, 4141 was uncoupled from 4014 in Palestine. We chased it from Neches to Marshall, Texas. On Day 1, we chased what would be known as one of the final runs of 4141 before it'll be on static display in a museum in College Station. We seen 4014 already in Illinois and Iowa but we wasn’t able to get a whole of shots but we got a lot more shots this time!
4014 is a 4884-1 Big Boy type steam locomotive built in 1941 by the American Locomotive Company and has a configuration of 4-8-8-4. 4014 and 24 other Big Boys was built for the Union Pacific Railroad to climb steep grades in the mountains of Wyoming and Utah. Orginally the Big Boys were going to be called Wasatch (a mountain range in Utah) but an unknown worker wrote in chalk Big Boy on the smokebox of the first ever Big Boy (#4000). 4014 and the other Big Boys were retired by 1959 and only 8 survived and 4014 is one of the 8. In 1961 4014 was brought to the RailGiants Train Museum in Pomona, California and sat on display there until 2013. In 2012, Union Pacific announced that they will be restoring a Big Boy to operation and chose 4014 because of the California climate. In 2014, 4014 was brought to its new home in Cheyenne, Wyoming where it where will be restored at and operated at. They began work in 2016 and finished right before the 150th Anniversary of the completion of the first Transcontinental Railroad and just in time pull the excursion for it in May 2019 with Union Pacific FEF-3 Northern #844. From July 8 to August 8, it does a tour across the Midwest. And from September 27 to November 26, 4014 went on a long Southwest tour (the excursion on this video). In May 2019, 4014 would become the largest operating steam locomotive in the world and the largest surviving steam locomotive class in existence.
Join us while we were part of another adventure with one of our favorite steam locomotives of all time during its run through the Southwest. It truly was a dream come true to see 4014 come through our neck of the woods and hopefully it'll come through here again. I hope y'all enjoy!
If you want more information about 4014 please make sure to check their website.

MARSHALL, TX (KLTV) - Have you ever wanted to travel back in time and take a look at an old train depot. Well, you can do just that at the Marshall Depot. Sure, some of the old buildings are still there, but it has changed. A model train hobbyist decided he wanted people to see what it was like 80 years ago, so he built it, right down to the bricks. Albeit just the outside, but the steam engine is rather peculiar in look and I had no clue that there existed such a thing in the first place. Does anybody know the history on this thing and/or the make and model?

Big Boy steam locomotive makes its way through Texas
Union Pacific’s historic Big Boy No. 4014 steam locomotive is making its way through the Houston area as part of a tour throughout the United States.
Twenty-five Big Boy locomotives were built for Union Pacific in 1941. They were made to handle steep terrain between Cheyenne, Wy. And Ogden, Utah.
Today, No. 4014 is the only operating Big Boy of the eight still in existence. It is also the only one Union Pacific still owns.
