Randomized video survey that suggests that the snapdragon survey funded by backers of the £100m contract does not match public sentiment.

Wokingham voice survey are recorded continuously. No editing. This essential to evidence that the data is objective. The first interview starts at 2 mins.

There are mixed reports as to public sentiment regarding the Wokingham Regeneration project. Primary concerns are

:The loss of further open space.
: Large food store.
: Hotel
: Approx. 150 dwellings.
: Excessive secrecy surrounding the finances of the deal with developers.

Does the proposal conform to the public wishes. Has the responsible councillor shown due diligence to the public they represent.

This series of live surveys is intended to check the validity of the snapdragon survey that was funded by backers of the project and used standard data manipulation tactics. The data appears to have been removed from the official Wokingham Regeneration site.

This survey was conducted at 12:30 on a Friday. November 30th. This in itself restricts the subject range.

Method used. No 'dislikes' column. Many little likable features 'local art etc' invited to mention and counted as approval

Plan backers control survey data and chose supplier.

Web applied data system open to abuse. Much of the data 100 - 220 contains repetitive strap lines. These typically are upper level supporters.

Owing to the significance of the difference between the Council run survey and a randomized one it would appear that there has been effective manipulation.

Should a survey such as this not be randomized and independent?

The video linked below shows that Wokingham Borough council was committed to the Elms fild development before any public consultation had taken place. The building was a perfectly decent place of education.
