The winter of 1962–1963 (also known as the Big Freeze of 1963) was one of the coldest winters on record in the United Kingdom. Temperatures plummeted and lakes and rivers began to freeze over.
I have a vivid memory of this climatic event. Our family had been to a pantomime on the 26th December 1962 and we came out after the show, to a heavy snowstorm. This storm lasted fully two days and was followed by a great blizzard resulting in great snow drifts and blocking several roads and railway lines.
In January 1963, the sea froze for one mile out from the shore in northern Kent and parts of the northern reaches of the River Thames froze over. Temperatures plummeted with more snow coming in February together with gale force winds.....

A small group of employees employed within Liverpool Police and social service have formed into what can only be described as gang. They target vulnerable children using them as bait to incite violence and murder between parents. Its suspected thousands of murders are orchestrate each year suing the methods witnessed in this film. This is the only known documented filmed evidence showing how these murders are orchestrated then concealed from the public misusing child privacy Laws.

This case relates Police employees led by Sir Jonathan Murphy and CPS employee Geoff Fryar manipulating a mentally vulnerable mother to orchestrate the execution of her children's father Mark Osu and his brother Jason Osu. Mark is a Legislative Assistant to a foreign Government. Jason was one of Britain's youngest qualified black commercial pilots. After the gunmen missed Mark. Sir Jon and Geoff departments robustly refuse she be charged. This leaves her untreated thereby maintain the child abuse Jason was executed truing to stop. This leaves her free to appoint new gunmen to execute Mark. Jon claims the female did not order the murder or multiple planned murders. The convicted gunmen have issued Mark written confessions naming the female as the person that ordered the murders of her children's father and his brother. It's believed extreme race hate ideologies is the reason Jonathan, Geoff and their accomplice perpetrators orchestrate these heinous crimes against a vulnerable mother and infant children to kill African British citizens.

Although having evidence to place the psychotic female before a jury which would ensure she receive psychiatric treatment. Jonathan and Geoff continue to robustly reject any attempt she receive a psychiatric treatment. Through this YouTube channel Jonathan and Geoff's plan to covertly murder Mark is exposed.

The victim’s family in contact with the convicted gunmen may help unearth the Truth and allow the possibility of conspiracy to murder and complicit in murder charges against Police and social services employees led by Jonathan, Geoff, subordinate officers Eddie Cowan, Joanne Thompson (Admiral Street Police station) and accomplices Sue Brady, Nicky Urding (Wavertree SSD) Joan Hesketh, Michele Dalriimple and Margaret Rowley (Knowsley SSD).

The objective in orchestrating Marks murder seemed to have moved from malicious possible racist intent to ensuing Mark is executed to stop him posting internet posts naming the perpetrators. stop Mark giving regular Facebook updates regarding the progress of his investigation. Stop him pursing murder charges against Police and social service employees. Stop him giving evidence against them in possible court proceedings.

Police Crime Commissioner Jane Kennedy is currently conducting a criminal cover up. Jane robustly rejected the victim’s family repeated requests for Jason's murder to be investigated by another Police Force other than Liverpool.

Jane's refusal allowed the murder investigation team leader Mike Shaw to conduct a criminal cover up. Jane and Mike's joint parallel criminal cover up allowed the female murder suspect to go on to orchestrate a THIRD MURDER attempt of another African British citizen Mr DA. That murder attempt allowed Mike to claim Jason's murder was not linked to the female murder suspect, her custody battle they created or the Police social service employees manipulating her psychosis to incite murder.

After achieving murder. Liverpool Family Court Judge Michele O’Leary and close working colleague SSD barrister Mark Senior conducted a joint paralleled criminal cover up to Jane and Mike. Michele's criminal cover up protects social workers involved in the incitement and murder from possible prosecution. Michele later ruled there's no evidence the female is psychotic, no evidence she ordered murder and no evidence of child abuse. Michele then ordered the psychotic female is NOT to undergo an in-depth psychiatric assessment. Michele may have been concerned such an assessment could prove Police social service employees manipulated a mentally vulnerable mother to orchestrate the executions of three African British citizens.

Michele went on to order Marks suffering abused children are to remain with the psychotic female murder suspect. Its possible due to her psychosis she may take Michele’s decision as authority to continue seeking to locate and orchestrate Marks execution. Michele ordered. It’s believed the children have suffered horrific, irreversible, lifelong permanent psychological and emotional damage.

The plan to encourage Marks murder is for him to be buried alongside his murdered brother. Whilst the perpetrators remain employed within the Police and social services. They potentially will continue to pose a significant risk to vulnerable mothers, the mentally ill, children, and families. Possibly more so those from the minority community.
