Vision at 7 am, at Bellingen New South Wales as residents woke to find flood waters had risen overnight cutting access to North Bellingen for the first time in 2012.
The week would see over 400 mm of rain fall in the area and the bridge appear then disappear a couple of times as flood levels swung wildly due to monsoonal rains.
