Larry the Lobster at Kingston SE in South Australia is a 12 metre model of a Southern Rock Lobster a prized table delicacy caught in the region for domstic and mostly export markets.

Our annual pilgrimage to Kingston SE on the Limestone Coast of South Australia. A mix of buggiers, landboarders and kiteboarders from SA, VIC, ACT and QLD. The beach runs over 120km from Kingston to the mouth of the Murray river. Winds were not as cooperative as in the past and fortunately, 10min drive away, is a fabulous dry lake - a claypan in summer which is about 1km wide and 4km long. An absolute blast!!
