Beelden van mountainbike route 4 in La Roche-en-Ardenne. De route heeft één lastige klim waar wat meer techniek bij komt kijken verder is die heel goed te doen.

We hadden uiteindelijk 21 kilometer met dik 500 hoogtemeters op de teller. De bewegwijzering van de route was prima in orde.

LA CHOUFFE MARATHON

we zijn een weekend naar Houffalize geweest om daar de La Chouffe marathon te rijden, de zaterdag heb ik niet gefilmd helaas, erg jammer want toen hebben we het world cup rondje gereden. De zondag was erg leuk, zwaar en technisch, ik heb ongeveer 5km van de 65km samen met mijn vader gefietst, daarna ben ik met een andere van de clup mee gegaan, die reed na een tijdje bij me weg en de rest heb ik dus alleen gefietst, dat is toch best wel zwaar. achteraf een bak pasta kon geen kwaad...

A very nice mountainbike track in the Belgian region of 'Hageland'.
This region is situated centrally in Belgium between the cities of Leuven and Diest.
One of the nicest areas in Belgium for MTB tracks.

This 50km track includes different short but steep climbs followed by technical descents. Note also the verious single tracks.

This video lasts 13 minutes. On our YouTube channel you will find a longer video (55') of the same track. This video can be used during indoor cycling training sessions.
