GHIBLI MUSEUM + TOTORO CREAM PUFFS // TOKYO DAY 3
Welcome to another Tokyo Vlog!
Today we visit tour the Studio Ghibli Museum, a little far from the city, but highly recommended if you are a studio Ghibli fan! I read a lot of reviews that the museum was underwhelming, but I totally had a blast! Highly recommend to purchase tickets to the Ghibli Museum ahead of time!

HACHIKO Dissected Remains Of Hachi {National Museum Of Nature And Sciences In Ueno, Tokyo, Japan}

DESCRIPTION: ▩ In the images of this short clip, we can observe the dissected remains of HACHIKO, which are currently exhibited at the National Museum of Nature and Sciences in Ueno, Tokyo, Japan...
▩ Let us remember that HACHIKO died on March 8, 1935, and was buried next to Professor Ueno's tomb at Aoyama, Minoy-Aoyama, Minato-Ku, Tokyo, where also built a monolith with his name... Later, his remains were recovered to carry out the dissection, which previously said, are currently exhibited in this Museum in Ueno, Japan...
▩ Later, we can also hear the barking of HACHI, which in 1994 was discovered by the headquarters of the Chain CBN of Japan, obtaining a disc of broken pasta in three pieces, and that contained a recording of the bark of Hachiko. After the technicians repaired the disc using laser technology, HACHI's voice could be heard by millions of listeners on Saturday, May 28, 1994, thus witnessing his continuing popularity among the Japanese...
▩ Loyalty to memory of his master, has profoundly affected not only the Tokoites, but all those who have had the luck and the privilege of knowing his amazing story, and that in fact, today, the figure of HACHIKO continues to be an example of the spirit of family loyalty that should be pursued by all...

YOKOHAMA, Japan: Nissan Stadium, Ramen Museum, Cup Noodles Museum | Vlog 5
Yokohama, Japan is well known for soccer (or football ????) and ramen. In this video, you see the most famous attractions in both fields. In Shin-Yokohama, we visit the Nissan Stadium (also known as Yokohama Stadium), and the Ramen Museum, where you can try some of the best ramen bowls you'll ever have. Food in Japan is always delicious!
The Nissan Stadium is famous for the 2002 FIFA World Cup Final and is often used for major events in Japan. In 2020, it will also host Olympic soccer matches. Now that the Rugby World Cup is over, stadium visits have resumed.
From the Ramen Museum, we went to the Cup Noodles Museum, back in Minato Mirai 21, where you can learn about Momofuku Ando, the creator of instant ramen noodles, the history of instant ramen and cupnoodles. We closed the day visiting the mall across the street, World Porters, and enjoying the view from the Ferris wheel at Cosmo World.
Yokohama is perfect for a Tokyo day trip, but my advice? Stay longer ????
Yokohama is located in the Tokyo metro area and has one of the most beautiful waterfronts in Japan. In this series of videos, you will keep watching a detailed Yokohama, Japan tour, including a lot of things to do.

► WHO AM I?
Short answer: I am a Brazilian journalist living in the United States. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
Detailed answer: ????
P.S.: The guy who occasionally appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and is extremely camera shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time ;-)

A year has passed since we opened the museum on September 3 last year and since our Mayor proposed awarding Doraemon with the residency of the city of Kawasaki, we thought it would be a good occasion to celebrate the two things together and that's how it all started.
15. Close left to right pan of the Certificate of Residency awarded to Doraemon
16. Mid of the Certificate
17. SOUNDBITE: (Japanese) Zenshow Ito, Fujiko-F-Fujio Museum director
We are very proud and feel honoured that people worldwide are big fans of this Japanese cartoon created by Mr. Fujiko F. Fujio. In the end though, what's most important is not where it comes from, but that fans love it and make it their own.
18. Mid pan from photographers to statue of Doraemon next to his Residency Certificate
19. Reverse shot of Doraemon with photographers and TV crews in the background
20. SOUNDBITE: (Japanese) Takao Abe, Kawasaki City mayor
Doraemon has always acted as Tourism and Culture Ambassador for Japan. Now as a resident of the City of Kawasaki he will be representing our city to the world. As the Mayor of Kawasaki I would be very happy if fans around the world can appreciate Mr.Fujiko's cartoon character's warmth and bravery.

30. Close of Doraemon and Nobita
31. SOUNDBITE: (English) Mr. Wisnu, Indonesian student studying in Japan, vox pop
Doraemon is very famous in my country because when I was a child I always watched Doraemon in our national TV every Sunday at 8am. I still remember. I think this is a very good story, very educational and it's very colourful. I think it's not only for the children but also for the parents to educate the children.

From the architect. This three-story house is located in an elevated residential area in Tokyo. The facade contains minimal openings, in order to have relevant relations with neighbors in this area.
The house consists of two boxes which each contains several white painted spaces of various proportion including exterior courtyards. Courtyards are placed on the opposite side to each other, so the residents can receive various kinds of natural light throughout the home all day.
