Edmonton area members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints followed the LDS missionaries for the day on February 28, 2016. This video barely touches the tip of the iceberg of the posts that were put on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook that day.
Inside Calgary's new Mormon Temple
The recently completed Calgary Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is allowing non-Mormon's to tour the building for the next three weeks. A free public open house, including a 40 minute walking tour, will begin Saturday. The Temple – only the third in Alberta – will host tours until October 20th. The building will then be formally dedicated October 28th. Media cameras were not permitted inside the Temple, but the church provided this video of what the Calgary temple looks like inside.

Calgary Temple Open House Announcement
Mark your calendars for a walking tour of the newly constructed Calgary Alberta temple.
I Love To See The Temple
The temples are wonderful buildings for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. In a temple you can be sealed together for time and all eternity to your family, even after death. For those who did not have the oppurtunity to go to the temple work is done for them at the temple.
Words:
I love to see the temple
I'm going there someday
To feel the holy spirit
To listen and to pray
For the temple is a house of God
A place of love and beauty
I'll prepare myself while I am young
This is my sacred duty.
I love to see the temple
I'll go inside someday
I'll covent with my Father
I'll promise to obey
For the temple is a holy place
Where we are sealed together
As a child of God I have learned this truth
A family is forever
