Chemical attack outside a Leicester Pub
10 people taken to hospital after a chemical related injuries during a large fight outside the Cricketers pub on Grace Road in Aylestone.
Police have released the following statement.
Shortly after midnight today (Sunday 7 July) we received a report of a disorder involving a large number of people at a pub in Grace Road, Leicester, close to the cricket ground.
It was reported that some of the group were carrying baseball bats and had caused damage to the pub. Police attended, along with colleagues from East Midlands Ambulance Service.
On arrival, it was reported that a chemical had been sprayed by people involved in the incident and therefore Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service also attended.
Ten people – seven members of the public and three police officers – were taken to the Leicester Royal Infirmary to be checked over for chemical related injuries.
Two men, aged 53 and 43, were arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm.
A 15-year-old boy was also arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and a 29-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage.
All five remain in custody and enquiries are ongoing.

Aylestone Meadows, Leicester
I filmed this yesterday while I went for a little walk, since it's local and has some good spots and opportunities for filming.
So this is it for the series of uploads today! I know the cinematography isn't the most popular part of the channel, but it's always something fun to do.
Short update, hopefully getting some locations out of Leicester soon, but I think I've got one last Leicester location to visit before I venture off to different cities. (this isn't a definite, but it's looking positive so far) But, since I don't upload almost everyday, make sure to check out other channels of people who almost do! YouTube is a lot of hard work, and it's always great to be subscribed to people who put the effort in and go that extra mile to produce content so often. check out some great channels here!

Grace Road, known for sponsorship reasons as the Fischer County Ground, Grace Road, is a cricket ground in Leicester, England. It is the home ground and administrative base for Leicestershire County Cricket Club.
The land which Grace Road is built on was bought by Leicestershire County Cricket Club in 1877 from the then Duke of Rutland and spent the massive sum of £40,000 on developing a cricket club, athletic track and hotel. The first match played on the ground took place three months later, when Leicestershire beat the touring Australia team. Contrary to popular belief, the road was named after a local property owner, not W. G. Grace.
Leicestershire left the Grace Road site in 1901 due to lack of public transport to the ground causing low crowds. They moved to a site near to Aylestone Road, as it was closer to the city centre. Leicestershire did eventually return to Grace Road after the end of the Second World War in 1946 and have been based there ever since, buying the land back in 1966.
The record attendance is 16,000 who watched the match against the touring 1948 Australians.
There have been three One Day Internationals played at Grace Road, although none have involved England.
In the 1983 Cricket World Cup eventual winners India beat Zimbabwe, chasing a target of 156 to win by 5 wickets. The second and third games were both in the 1999 World Cup. In the second Zimbabwe beat India by three runs and in the third the West Indies beat Scotland by eight wickets.
In front of the wicket at both ends the pitch is measured at 56 metres, whilst square of the wicket on both sides the dimensions are recorded as 76 metres. This is larger than most county grounds, but smaller than some of England's major international venues such as The Oval.

Leicester City Woodgate V Aylestone Park (Team B)
WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!
After a crucial victory won against Woodgate in the first match, let's see if Team B can do the same thing. Keep in mind that the goalkeeper did have his off-day (well in my opinion). Can Team B do the same punishment or can Woodgate prove that their team is not the greatest?

Leicester Tigers
Leicester Tigers (officially Leicester Football Club) is an English rugby union club based in Leicester, England that plays in the Aviva Premiership.
Leicester are the most successful English club since the introduction of league rugby in 1987, a record 10 times English champions – 4 more than either Bath or Wasps, and last won the Aviva Premiership title in the 2012/2013 season. Leicester have also appeared in a record nine successive Premiership finals, from 2005–2013. The Tigers have never finished a league season below 6th position, and are one of only four teams (along with Gloucester, Bath and Wasps) never to have been relegated from the top division. Leicester are also the only English side to have qualified to play in every Heineken Cup in which English teams have participated, and are also the most successful English side in Europe; back-to-back champions in 2001 and 2002 and losing finalists in 1997, 2007 and 2009.
