We Walked 10 000 STEPS Daily FOR a WEEK w/ jerianie
So jerianie and I decided to tackle our problem of not walking enough daily and challenged ourselves by walking 10 000 steps everyday. This challenge is fairly easy and very much recommended to everyone especially if you don't exercise much. We found ourselves feeling a lot better mentally and physically, falling asleep a lot easier than usual and even though the weather was kicking our asses on many of the days it was still worth it every time.
I can also 100% recommend Vivobarefoot shoes and I'm super happy Askelshop and Vivobarefoot Finland contacted us for collaboration. Good shoes are extremely important for you and I've found barefoot shoes the best. They're not only good for you but they're also environmentally friendly and super durable. I've had my first pair in active use for 7 years!
