It's not uncommon to not see another soul while out here - find your spot, pull out your deck chairs or picnic rug and enjoy a moment of peaceful bliss.

Lana is The Fresh Fish Place’s go-to woman for finding high-grade, wild caught and farmed seafood and selling it onto five-star restaurants and even celebrity chefs. When a professional fisherman arrives at the Port Lincoln factory, Lana is ready to survey the quality of the catch. “When I see something good come through the doors, that is exciting,” she says. “When a fisherman’s ute pulls up I’m straight outside and when it’s quality I’m straight on the phone and I can’t wait to get it to destinations all over Australia. “The quality speaks for itself and sells itself.”

离开阿德莱德Adelaide，我们来到了林肯港 Port Lincoln 和 柯芬湾 Coffin Bay
1. 林肯港 Port Lincoln
林肯港（Port Lincoln）位于南澳大利亚州的艾尔半岛（Eyre Peninsula）东南海岸，距离南澳大利亚州首府阿德莱德（Adelaide）直线距离约280公里，开车大概8小时。这也是一座名副其实的海鲜之港，在这里聚集着几个澳洲最大的渔业公司。
林肯港号称是世界金枪鱼之都。居住在这里的人们主要以渔业为主。这里的海产三大宝主要销往亚洲市场：金枪鱼、鲍鱼和鱼翅。
这个城市不大，漫步在这个城市，感觉非常舒服。早上的码头公园笼罩在薄雾中感觉像仙境一般。
早餐： The Rogue & Rascal

味道不错，颜值高，分量很足。饱腹感满满。
码头公园 Town Jetty
钓鱼散步都很舒服，夏天还可以直接下水和小鱼游泳，超棒的。
海事博物馆： Axel Stenross Maritime Museum
原本是家私人的造船厂，现在由志愿者在运营。门票10刀。开馆时间比较不固定，最好提前确认一下时间。有空余时间的朋友可以去看看。志愿者都很热情，会跟你讲很多故事。
海鲜商场： The Fresh Fish Place
这段视频拍的不好没有剪入视频。很多人推荐这里买海鲜。我个人觉得价格没有超便宜，和澳洲很多大城市的海产店价格差不多。店里面提供现点现吃，但是就是一般的FISH &CHIPS （炸鱼薯条）。味道怎样你细品我的描述吧。
2. 柯芬湾 Coffin Bay
从林肯港开车大概半小时就到达了。这个镇真的很小，很小。 连游客中心都没有的。整个小镇主要以养殖生蚝/牡蛎为主。是澳洲主要的生蚝养殖场之一。本来我们计划去PURE FARM 吃生蚝，据说这家生活便宜新鲜，（10刀12个生蚝）。结果中午到达的时候，发现没开门。打电话给店家也没人接听。所以这边开不开店真的很随意的。
中午饭：1802 Oyster Bar
这家店是整条主街上看起来最像餐厅的地方了。生蚝价格比我们预想的高噢。3刀一个生蚝，真心贵啊。就餐环境不错。除了那个鱿鱼圈堡我觉得好吃外，点其他的东西不好吃。
吃完饭后，我们沿海溜达的时候，发现了Oyster Farm，这边是专门吃生蚝/牡蛎的。价格要比我们吃的餐厅便宜一点点。主食选择不多，各种方式吃生蚝吧。大家也可以提前预约去享受海中开生蚝吃生蚝的体验。

Fishing Perth WA Western Rock Lobster (Crayfish) and a Yellowtail Kingfish
Fishing in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Perth, Western Australia we caught Western Rock Lobsters (Crayfish), a Yellowtail Kingfish, a Wrasse and a Painted Grinner also known as Painted Lizardfish. The first time I've ever caught a Painted Grinner.
