Video Web Presenter -- which is a combination of interactive online video and a live presenter on a web site. What better way to stand out from the competition and increase sales, than having a real person on the pages of a web site, to talk to the sites visitors!
Video Web Presenter provides that personal touch on a web site. Our research shows that website visitors will be more willing to listen to sales messages, rather than read them. Because a real person has the power to influence, motivate, and persuade prospects faster and with less resistance. Having a Video Web Presenter on a web site is the best-kept secret to dramatically increase Website response rates! Amazingly, this technology requires NO software or plug in to view, No special high-bandwidth connection and NO special hosting requirements for a site.
Normal Web Sites just offer text for a person to read about a company and why a person should work with that business. But now, a web site can have a real sales person present a sales message, special offers and company information, verbally. Video Web Presenter helps businesses to make that all important impact on their customers, something that no other technology can.

GWR 'King' Class 4-6-0 Steam Loco No. 6024 At Bristol Temple Meads - Stag Party Oblivious
GWR 'King' class 4-6-0 steam loco No. 6024 'King Edward I' runs light engine (and support coach) out of Bristol Temple Meads station after working 'The Devonion' return railtour from Plymouth to Bristol TM on June 4th 2011.
I had videod it leaving TMs station earlier in the day and it was a surprise to see it pass through later that night when I was in my hotel bar having a quick drink.
The noise is from a group of about 50 good natured Irishmen who were having a Stag 'Do' in Bristol and were oblivious to the steam loco passing as they were otherwise engaged!

Cotswold Walks Tetbury and the old Railway
Tetbury, another Cotswold town built from the proceeds of wool, with many fine buildings and amenities. The parish church of St Mary boasts one of the tallest spires in England, whilst the grand pillared market hall dates back to the early 1600’s. It is impossible to photograph within the town limits without capturing historic buildings. Prince Charles residence at Highgrove is not too far away, and there was a Highgrove produce shop in the town, although I didn’t find it on this occasion. Gatcombe Park, home of the Princess Royal is not very far away so this area is well represented in terms of Royal patronage. The so called ‘Chipping Steps’ are another unique feature within the town, very photogenic, too good to be missed. There are many restaurants cafes and hotels here to cater to the needs of the visitor.
This walk gains access to the town via the old GWR railway track bed, harking back to the days when it had its own branch line connection. Today it makes for a superb path through a leafy tunnel. Most of the station infrastructure has long since disappeared but the old goods shed has been retained and refurbished to make a modern events venue, and the goods yard is now a free car park. One or two other hint at its past, such as the original GWR station seats and a pair of loading gauges acting as a height restriction to oversize vehicles just as they did in the days of the railway.

Preferred Commercial is delighted to offer for sale this 34 en-suite bedroom hotel ideally located close to the seafront in Bridlington. Established in 1950, the hotel has been in our client's careful hands since 1972 and is only now being placed on the market due to retirement. The Balmoral Hotel operates all year round and generates a turnover in the region of £420,000 per annum. There is also a separate function room which can cater for approximately 60 persons with its own bar, dance floor and sound and lighting equipment. We are advised that the function room is underutilised and a new owner could introduce entertainment or promote the room for private parties. Included in the sale is a modern minibus, which is used to collect small parties and could be used to offer local excursions. The hotel also offers mobility scooter hire to residents. The Balmoral Hotel boasts an enviable reputation with many repeat customers and benefits from regular coach party bookings.
