Sean Heather is a Limerickman who owns five restaurants in Vancouver, Canada. I met up with Sean at his flagship business, the Irish Heather Gastropub in Gastown Vancouver last month.
Sean shared his experiences of growing up in Ireland, getting let go from Ryanair, the key to running multiple businesses and much more!

The establishment is owned by Sean Heather, a born Canadian who spent most of his childhood in Ireland, with Darren as the General Manager.
