At the end of 2017, the Presidential Grants Fund supported the Immortal Orchestra project. A year later, the Foundation also supported the initiative of the Center for Horn Music Association - the International Festival of Remembrance of Fallen Musicians, with the same name - the Immortal Orchestra. So, from September 18 to 21, 2019 in the Kaliningrad region, the Open International Festival of Brass Music IMMORTAL ORCHESTRA was held, dedicated to the memory of musicians who died on the battlefields of the XX and XXI centuries. Among the thousands of its participants are more than 760 musicians from the cities of Russia, Belarus, Hungary, the DPR, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Transnistria, Slovenia, Taiwan, the Czech Republic and Estonia. Within the framework of the festival, performances and parades, brass band competitions, a defile show competition with the participation of majorettes, and a show program competition for wind ensembles were held. In addition, for the first time in Russia, Kaliningrad hosted the Conference of the Central and East European Branch of the World Association of WASBE Symphony and Brass Orchestras. And specially for participation in the project, 85 young musicians (age: 18-30 years) from America, Asia and Europe came to Kaliningrad - the orchestra Youth of the world for world peace, which gave a memorable concert within the walls of the Kaliningrad Regional Philharmonic.
