No website will give you the best deals when it comes to apartments. Ask trike drivers and ask the local people if they know of any available apartments in the area you are looking.

Owner has a few units available and it is in a Filipino neighborhood. Perfectly safe, only 5 to 7 minute walk to Perimeter Road with plenty of bars, lady bars, and restaurants. 10 minute ride to Walking Street but these lady bars are cheaper and so are the drinks.

The King is ON STATION at Tequila Reef - Angeles City, Philippines
Folks, I had a GREAT time with my two friends who showed up at Tequila Reef! Margaritas were ON TIME! We rolled out of there and hit Midnight Rodeo like a freight train coming through. After that, I don't remember much of nothing. I woke up this morning in my own bed, with my two ladies, so life is good. Thanks goes out to everyone who sent SUPERCHAT funds to the King. All I saw was colors headed north on my screen.

Central Park Tower is a 4-Star, guest friendly hotel with 238 rooms.
Room rates start from around $66.
It's a highly regarded hotel in a very central location for the main strip of bars and restaurants of Angeles City. Owned by a US businessman (along with the nearby Pacific Breeze hotel).
The hotel was built in 2014 and the rooms still have a new feel to them. Nice rooftop pool on the 12th floor, along with a 24 hour bar and restaurant giving panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Overall: I had an excellent stay at Central Park Tower. My room was furnished to a very high standard, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was top quality.
I found the service excellent here too; I returned at 8am after a long evening on the town and they granted me a 2pm checkout with no fuss which was refreshing. If you are planning on having late nights drinking on Walking Street then having a hotel close by like this one is a very good idea, as it eliminates the need to use local transport late at night.
If this hotel falls within your price range then forget the rest and just book in here. Reactions from the girls in the bars were favourable for this place, some lit up like a christmas tree when I mentioned it as Central Park Tower has a very good reputation locally.
Downsides to this hotel (no place is perfect) were that the fitness centre was under construction when I visited. There is access to the nearby Pacific Breeze hotel fitness room, but it's not convenient.
There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this is standard for many hotels in the Philippines.
Tips: Request a high floor when booking and checking in. Also, they have both smoking and non-smoking rooms segregated off so specify this when booking and checking in too just to sure.
