Prince Charles takes a look round National Museum in Muscat - Daily Mail
Charles and Camilla are in Oman as part of a week long tour of the Middle East, where they will promote the UK's partnerships with the region at the request of the British Government. The royals will undertake 50 engagements in seven days across three countries, the Sultanate of Oman, the UAE and the Kingdom of Bahrain, and will attend many separately during their time there. One of their first engagements was a traditional welcome where Charles was shown the ropes of sword dancing, pictured left, by a dancer with a wooden gun and they were entertained by a bagpipe player. After the dance, Charles made a rather animated facial expression when he was presented with a gift.
