Descent of Sa Calobra - Majorca 2019
Sa Calobra is a small village in the Escorca municipality on the northwest coast of the Spanish Balearic island of Majorca. The port village is a popular destination for coach trips and road cyclists and is accessible by a single winding road, designed by Italian-Spanish engineer Antonio Parietti and opened in 1933, which features many hairpin bends and a 270° spiral bridge called the tie knot. The climb is officially called the Coll del Reis or the Col de Cal Reis, the pass on 682 metres altitude, though it is often referred to by the name of the village at its base and was built and is considered to be as close as one could get to a perfect road for motorsport. Unconventionally the road was engineered with tourists in mind.
Cala San Vicente, Mallorca, Spain
Cala San Vicente is placed on the northwest coast of Mallorca near Pollensa. It still remains true to its origin as a fishing village. It consists of three small coves with crystal clear blue water and three small beaches separated by rocky outcrops.
Music of waves is a real music that sounded at that day.

Explore El Salvador | Tourist Avoid Large Cities & Visit the Coast
Welcome to my channel and this week’s video is about Explore El Salvador, Tourist Avoid Large Cities & Visit the Coast.
El Salvador has suffered a history containing too much pain for its tiny size. Though it has almost entirely rebuilt itself since the brutalities of the Civil War in the 1980s, crime-wise El Salvador still remains the most dangerous country in Central America.
However, bold backpackers and other El Salvador travelers keep visiting El Salvador. They’ve got good reasons to. The locals are outstandingly welcoming. Generations of international surfers testify that the breaks of El Salvador’s Pacific coast rival the best of the world. And the nation’s natural beauty—volcanoes, verdant coffee plantations, isolated beaches—is stunning, though its destruction and deforestation are near catastrophe.
In this El Salvador Travel Vlog 2020, I will explain you about How to Travel to El Salvador? Tips for El Salvador travel budget, El Salvador top attractions, Things to see and do in El Salvador. Best places to visit in El Salvador. This is El Salvador Travel reviews for your future El Salvador Vacation planning.

Things to See and Do in El Salvador and Best Places to Travel in El Salvador:
The crowded capital of San Salvador hasn't historically drawn much in the way of travelers. The city is also central to many of El Salvador's attractions, like the beaches and San Salvador volcano.
Nearby Santa Ana is much more attractive, surrounded by coffee plantations and sugarcane fields—travel to the Mayan ruin of Tazumal, the erstwhile setting of human sacrifice! Two hours north, La Palma offers cool weather and beautiful views.
Because El Salvador is so small, travelers are never far from the country’s Pacific beaches. The water is over eighty degrees on average, the wave breaks are perfect, and the sands are rarely crowded. No wonder surfers flock to El Salvador’s beaches all year long—the favorites are La Libertad, Las Flores, and Playa Herradura. The beaches of Costa del Sol and San Juan del Gozo are better for non-surfers, boasting soft white sands and calmer waters.
The Montecristo National Park is a mysterious and beautiful cloud forest, located in the exact spot where the borders of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador come together.
The El Imposible National Park is another lovely natural destination—follow the 9km trek to the high point, Cerro Leon, for some unforgettable vistas of still-smoking volcanoes.

El Salvador:

It is bordered on the northeast by Honduras, on the northwest by Guatemala, and on the south by the Pacific Ocean. El Salvador's capital and largest city is San Salvador. The Beauty of Galicia - 4K Aerial Video from the North of Spain
Galicia, an autonomous community in Spain’s northwest, is a verdant region with an Atlantic coastline. The cathedral of regional capital Santiago de Compostela is the reputed burial place of the biblical apostle Saint James the Great, and the destination for those following the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route. The western cliffs of Cape Finisterre were considered by the Romans to be the end of the known world.
Another stunnig place in this video is the beautiful Praia Mar de Fóra beach, the Cascada del Ezaro waterfall or the Beach of Cathedrals - a spectacular example of the raw power of nature! Natural arches, some as high as 30 metres and cave systems have all been formed by the Cantabrian Sea.

Drone videos taken in the province of León, Spain.
Kingdom of León, Reino de León (in Spanish) and Reinu de Llión (in Leonese). It was an independent kingdom situated in the northwest region of the Iberian Peninsula. It was founded in AD 910 when the Christian princes of Asturias along the northern coast of the peninsula shifted their capital from Oviedo to the city of León. The County of Portugal separated to become the independent Kingdom of Portugal in 1139 and the eastern, inland part of León was joined to the Kingdom of Castile in 1230. From 1296 to 1301, the Kingdom of León was again independent and after the re-union with Castile remained a Crown until 1833, but as part of a united Spain from 1479. In the Royal Decree of 30 November 1833, the Kingdom of León was considered one of the Spanish regions and divided into the provinces of León, Zamora and Salamanca, with León as province capital. In 1978, these three provinces of the region of León were included along with six provinces of the historic region of Old Castile to create the autonomous community of Castile and León, with Valladolid as community capital.
Rapha Continental: 2013 Pacific Northwest
Now in its sixth year, the Rapha Continental North America was the original concept behind a project that has now become a global adventure.
Its success lies in a philosophy which, as this new film highlights, can be boiled down to a simple idea: Go ride your bike.
The film documents a number of days in Washington, during which the original Rapha Continental reunited the many riders who have come together since the project began, a group of friends who love to discover the roads less travelled.
Places to see in ( Mallorca - Spain ) Torre del Verger
Places to see in ( Mallorca - Spain ) Torre del Verger
The Torre of the Verger ( standard Catalan Torre del Verger , also Torre de ses Ànimes , Tower of Souls) is an ancient watchtower in the municipality of Banyalbufar in Mallorca .
Torre del Verger stands on the northwest coast of the Spanish island of Majorca . It is situated on a high rocky promontory of the Serra de Tramuntana , which descends steeply to the Mediterranean . It is located about 50 meters from the MA-10 road connecting Banyalbufar and Estellencs .
Torre del Verger was erected as a watchtower in 1579 to monitor this coastal section and defend against attacks by pirates . Today it serves as a lookout tower. It is accessible by a path and can be reached by an internal staircase. From his platform he gives an overview of the coastal section.
Torre del Verger is about eight meters high, has a diameter of about four meters and was built from the yellow limestone at its site. Above the entrance to the tower is a bay window, over which the entrance could be defended by means of throwing missiles, etc. The tower has an open top platform accessible through a hatch. The parapet is only half-height to the sea, while the outer side of the parapet is raised and has shooting- fields.

Mallorca Top 5 Attractions / Must Sees [4K]
Mallorca Top 5 Attractions:
1. The Caves of Drach
- The Caves of Drach (lit. Dragon caves) are four great caves that are located in the island of Majorca. The caves extend to a depth of 25 m and reach approximately 4 km in length. The caves have formed by water being forced through the entrance from the Mediterranean Sea, and some researchers think the formation may date back to the Miocene Epoch.
2. Cap de Formentor
- Cap de Formentor forms the eastern end of Majorca's Formentor peninsula. The Majorcans also call the cape the Meeting point of the winds. Cap de Formentor is a spectacular place, located on the northernmost point of the Balaeric Island Majorca in Spain. Its highest point, Fumart, is 384m above sea level. It has many associated bays, including Cala Fiquera, Cala Murta and Cala Pi de la Posada.

4. Clear blue water and beaches (my favorite beach: Caló des Moro)
- Caló des Moro is a beautiful virgin beach with crystal clear water, 6 Km from Santanyí, in the Southeast of Mallorca. Only 30 m wide and flanked by rocky cliffs and pine trees, Caló des Moro is largely unknown, even to locals and excellent for diving and anchoring small boats.

Formentor Lighthouse - Mallorca, Spain ???????? - by drone [4K]
Mallorca (Catalan: [məˈʎɔɾkə], Spanish: [maˈʎoɾka]) or Majorca (English: /məˈjɔːrkə, -ˈdʒɔːr-/ mə-YOR-kə, -JOR-)[2][3] is the largest island in the Balearic Islands, which are part of Spain and located in the Mediterranean. The native language, as on the rest of the Balearic Islands, is Catalan, which is co-official with Spanish.
The capital of the island, Palma, is also the capital of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. The Balearic Islands have been an autonomous region of Spain since 1983.[4] There are two small islands off the coast of Mallorca: Cabrera (southeast of Palma) and Dragonera (west of Palma). The anthem of Mallorca is La Balanguera.
Like the other Balearic Islands of Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera, the island is an extremely popular holiday destination, particularly for tourists from Germany and the United Kingdom. The international airport, Palma de Mallorca Airport, is one of the busiest in Spain; it was used by 28.0 million passengers in 2017, increasing every year since 2012.[5]
Spain (Spanish: España [esˈpaɲa] (About this soundlisten)), officially the Kingdom of Spain[11] (Spanish: Reino de España),[a][b] is a European country located in Southwestern Europe with some pockets of Spanish territory across the Strait of Gibraltar and the Atlantic Ocean.[11] Its continental European territory is situated on the Iberian Peninsula. Its territory also includes two archipelagoes: the Canary Islands off the coast of Africa, and the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea. The African enclaves of Ceuta, Melilla, and Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera[12] make Spain the only European country to have a physical border with an African country (Morocco).[h] Several small islands in the Alboran Sea are also part of Spanish territory. The country's mainland is bordered to the south and east by the Mediterranean Sea except for a small land boundary with Gibraltar; to the north and northeast by France, Andorra, and the Bay of Biscay; and to the west and northwest by Portugal and the Atlantic Ocean.
With an area of 505,990 km2 (195,360 sq mi), Spain is the largest country in Southern Europe, the second largest country in Western Europe and the European Union, and the fourth largest country in the European continent. By population (about 47 million), Spain is the sixth largest in Europe and the fifth in the European Union. Spain's capital and largest city is Madrid; other major urban areas include Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Málaga and Bilbao.
Modern humans first arrived in the Iberian Peninsula around 35,000 years ago. Iberian cultures along with ancient Phoenician, Greek, Celtic and Carthaginian settlements developed on the peninsula until it came under Roman rule around 200 BCE, after which the region was named Hispania, based on the earlier Phoenician name Sp(a)n or Spania.[13] At the end of the Western Roman Empire the Germanic tribal confederations migrated from Central Europe, invaded the Iberian peninsula and established relatively independent realms in its western provinces, including the Suebi, Alans and Vandals. Eventually, the Visigoths would forcibly integrate all remaining independent territories in the peninsula, including Byzantine provinces, into the Kingdom of Toledo, which more or less unified politically, ecclesiastically and legally all the former Roman provinces or successor kingdoms of what was then documented as Hispania.
In the early eighth century the Visigothic Kingdom fell to the Muslims of the Umayyad Islamic Caliphate, who arrived to rule most of the peninsula in the year 711, leaving only a handful of small Christian realms in the north and lasting up to eight centuries in the Kingdom of Granada. This led to many wars during a long reconquering period across the Iberian Peninsula, which led to the creation of Kingdom of Leon, Kingdom of Castille, Kingdom of Aragon and Kingdom of Navarre as the main Christian kingdoms to face the invasion. Following the establishment of Al-Andalus, Europeans began a gradual process of retaking the region known as the Reconquista,[14] which by the late 15th century culminated in the emergence of Spain as a unified country under the Catholic Monarchs. The end of Muslim rule in Spain occurred in 1492, the same year Christopher Columbus arrived in the New World.

DEIA LIFESTYLE GUIDE
Explore Deía
Deia is an ancient, stunningly beautiful village on the northwest coast of Mallorca. For many years, Deia has attracted writers, artists and musicians from all over Europe who have desired to buy a property in a very special place like the village of Deià in which to get the creative juices following.
An idyllic location
Gorgeously located on terraced slopes that rise up from the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean, Deià, with the impressive backdrop of the Teix mountain gives Deia an almost mystical appeal. The signposted walk down through the tranquil lemon groves to Cala Deia, the pretty shingle beach backed by jagged cliffs, is an absolute delight. It’s a wonderful place to go for a swim.
Costa de la Luz - Spain's best surfing area
The Costa del la Luz in Andalucía is a beautiful natural coastline, far removed from its grown-up neighbour, the Costa del Sol.
The Costa de la Luz stretches from Tarifa, located at the southern tip of Spain – where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean, heads north and northwest along the coast to Cádiz and Huelva, finishing at the mouth of the Guadiana River.
Although it is a quite popular destination, it is not as touristic as the Costa del Sol. This makes for quiet beaches and an authentic Spanish atmosphere. It has a couple of nature reserves and great golf courses, but it's main attraction are the water sports. The area around Cádiz is even called Cadizfornia (a take on the popular surfing destination California). You don't know how to (wind/kite) surf? There are plenty of schools that offer cheap classes.

'Not if, WHEN!' Experts warn devastating tsunami WILL hit Spain and Portugal
A DEVASTATING tsunami could destroy parts of Spain and Portugal any time, experts have warned in a chilling new documentary.
“La Gran Ola” warns the monster wave in the Gulf of Cadiz could devastate the coast of Huelva and Cadiz and leave more than 1,200 dead.
Unable to pinpoint the date of the tsunami, experts say alarm systems must be put in place in order to save lives.
The tsunami hotspot has been identified by experts, with the Gulf of Cadiz sitting on a major plate boundary posing a huge risk to coastal areas.
Begona Perez, Head of the Division of Oceanography of Spanish Ports, said: “The question is not whether there will be another tsunami, but when will it happen.”

BEACH IN FUERTEVENTURA, CANARY ISLANDS, CORRALEJO BEACH, FUERTEVENTURA TRAVEL
BEACH IN FUERTEVENTURA, CANARY ISLANDS, CORRALEJO BEACH, FUERTEVENTURA TRAVEL, the second largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, sits in the Atlantic Ocean 100km off the north coast of Africa. It’s known primarily as a holiday destination due to its white-sand beaches and year-round warmth cooled by constant winds. The multitude of beaches that wrap around it are interrupted by cliffs and sheltered coves. It's popular for water sports, especially surfing, windsurfing and waterskiing. There is a theory, although for many a legend, which says that the Canary Islands, among which of course is Fuerteventura were part of the lost civilization of Atlantis. Fuerteventura was chosen among 500 European destinations by the Quality Coast International Certification Program of the European Coastal and Marine Union as one of the most attractive tourist destinations for visitors interested in cultural heritage, environment and sustainability. The climate on Fuerteventura is pleasant throughout the year. The island is hence referred to as the island of eternal spring. The sea regulates air temperature, diverting hot Sahara winds away from the island. The island's name in English translates as strong fortune or strong wind, the Spanish word for wind being viento. During the winter months, temperatures average a high of 22 °C (72 °F) and a low of around 15 °C (59 °F), whereas during the summer a mean high of 28 °C (82 °F) and a low of 20 °C (68 °F) can be expected. Precipitation is about 147 mm (6 in) per year, most of which falls in autumn and winter. December is the month with highest rainfall.
A sandstorm known as the Calima (similar to the Sirocco wind, which blows to the North of the Sahara, to Europe) may blow from the Sahara Desert to the Northwest, and can cause high temperatures, low visibility and drying air. Temperatures during this phenomenon rise temporarily by approximately 10 degrees Celsius. The wind brings in fine red dust, The fine white sand is not blown in from Sahara, It is made up of dead coral reef and local seabed upheaval. visibility can drop to between 100 to 200 m (328.08 to 656.17 ft) or even lower and can even bring African locusts to the island. The cuisine is fairly basic due to the customs and climate conditions. They share this simplicity with the other Canary islands, and similarly to them, they use a large quantity of fish. They also use whatever they can grow in the near-barren land. This includes papas arrugadas, a dish of wrinkled potatoes usually served with mojo, which is a hot pepper sauce or with puchero canario, a meat stew.
Seafood is prepared in many ways traditionally, such as pejines (salted fish),[29] jareas,[30] or sancocho (a type of stew) made from fish, generally the grouper,[31] corvina or sama, boiled after salting, and served with mojo, potatoes, or gofio (a type of grain). People are also very keen on the mussels and limpets collected on the island's coasts.
They also use meat such as beef and pork to make different dishes or simply to for braising, but their main meat is goat, both from the kids and from the older animals. They eat the goat roasted or stewed. Goats are not only useful for their meat - the Fuerteventurans also use the milk to make the cheese majorero, which has won many prizes. The majorero is mostly made of goats milk, and occasionally it is up to 15% ewes milk. It is cured in pimento oil or gofio meal. Majorero and palmero cheese are the only two Canarian cheeses with protected denomination of origin. Corralejo is a town on the northeast coast of Fuerteventura, one of the Canary Islands of Spain. It's known for Corralejo Natural Park, featuring windy, dune-backed beaches like Playa del Moro. The park is home to endangered wildlife and Montaña Roja, a volcano with panoramic views. The town, a former fishing village, is dotted with eateries and bars. Nearby Lobos Island is a nature preserve with rare birds. Thanks to the large expat population, the town has a diverse population that varies from the local Spaniard, to the Irish, British, German and Finnish people who have settled in the resort. The area has 7 miles (11 km) of fine sand starting 2 miles (3.2 km) outside of Corralejo, alongside some smaller bays across the coast. In addition, there are several miles of sand dunes located nearby, which have been designated as a nature reserve. The waters around Corralejo are clear and an intense shade of blue, but are affected by strong currents. The town's beaches are somewhat more sheltered and have a band of volcanic rock along the shoreline. Corralejo is serviced by a bus service (both public and chartered) and by a local taxi service operated by the region of La Oliva. The public bus service (Tiadhe) operates a bus service from the island's capital Puerto del Rosario (number 6), and from Puerto del Rosario to Caleta de Fuste and the Fuerteventura Airport (number 3)
