Downtown Calgary from the Bow River | CALGARY VLOG
My friend Kaitlyn and I went kayaking the Bow River through Downtown Calgary and we had the best time. I have never seen Downtown Calgary from this point of view. What an amazing way of exploring our lovely city (add a pair of soaked jeans to this and you got the perfect combo!)
I feel like this will be my go-to when it comes to entertaining guests from out of town. But even if you live here The Paddle Station should be on your bucket list.
Huge thanks to Tourism Calgary and Ravi from The Paddle Station for having us!

Family Trip to Alberta
My family came to visit me in April so I became their tour guide. I didn't take too many photos or footage because I wanted to enjoy it myself as well.
This is the very little edited version with no music.
Day 1: Picked family up at Calgary Airport. Went to Cross Iron Mills afterwards to eat lunch, then walmart, and then finally Lake Louise. Ate at the Glacier Saloon for dinner at the Chateau Lake Louise.
Day 2: Went to Golden, BC but made a stop at the natural bridge and emerald lake along the way. Ate McDonalds for lunch, then proceeded to the Pedestrian Bridge and the World's Largest Paddle. Went back to Lake Louise to hike to the back of the lake. Got in-room dining after for dinner. Also went to the steam room.
Day 3: Trip into Banff with a stop at a Castle Mountain lookout and Johnston Canyon via the 1A. Ate at Seoul Country for some korean food during lunchtime and also checked in at the Banff Centre. Left for the Sulphur Mountain Gondola and then eventually ate dinner at Spaghetti Factory. With half an hour left, we made it to the Banff Centre athletic centre and enjoyed the hot tub and steam room for a bit.
Day 4: Went back to Calgary for church on Sunday. Got to the Centre Street Church, then we checked into the Hyatt. Enjoyed some dim sum at Silver Dragon, and then went to the Core Shopping Centre to also visit the Devonian Garden. We then left to Chinook Mall and returned back to the hotel until we decided to eat at the Hong Kong Style Cafe in downtown Calgary.
Day 5: We left straight to the Calgary Airport for my family's flight back to Toronto. I found a neat park that everyone goes to for viewing planes take off.

Royal Journey
A documentary account of the five-week visit of Princess Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh to Canada and the United States in the fall of 1951. Stops on the royal tour include Québec City, the National War Memorial in Ottawa, the Trenton Air Force Base in Toronto, a performance of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet in Regina and visits to Calgary and Edmonton. The royal train crosses the Rockies and makes stops in several small towns. The royal couple boards HMCS Crusader in Vancouver and watches Native dances in Thunderbird Park, Victoria. They are then welcomed to the United States by President Truman. The remainder of the journey includes visits to Montreal, the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, a steel mill in Sydney, Nova Scotia and Portugal Cove, Newfoundland.
