► One of the key issues affecting many voters this election is the cost of social care, and in Wales, Plaid Cymru have already promised that they would ensure it would be free at the point of need.
But what about the people these policies will affect?

Guide to Wrexham | Visiting the Largest Town in North Wales
Guide to Wrexham - Visiting the Largest Town in North Wales - My good friend Gaz is celebrating his birthday today so I made him a birthday video message. He has featured on two LOCH videos, Turner and Hooch and Royal Rumble 93, Links below. But even if you don't know Gaz you can still watch and may get some enjoyment out of learning all about Welsh people. :)
Wrexham (/ˈrɛksəm/ REKS-əm; Welsh: Wrecsam; Welsh pronunciation: [ˈwrɛksam]) is a large town in north Wales, between the Welsh mountains and the lower Dee Valley alongside the border with England. In Wrexham County Borough, it is the largest town in north Wales and an administrative, commercial, retail and educational centre. At the 2011 Census, Wrexham had a population of 61,603, the fourth largest urban area in Wales.
By 1913, the North East Wales coal field was producing up to three million tonnes a year and employed over ten thousand people, dominating the economic and cultural life of the area. However the industry went into decline after the First World War, and of the seven large-scale collieries operating in the Wrexham area in 1946, only two functional collieries remained by 1968. The last pit to close in the Borough was Bersham Colliery in 1986. One of the worst mining disasters in British history occurred at Gresford Colliery in 1934 when underground explosions and a subsequent fire cost the lives of 266 men.
The leatherworks in Pentrefelin and Tuttle Street, the many coal mines in the area, the brickworks in Abenbury, Brymbo Steelworks and the breweries all closed in the latter half of the 20th century. Wrexham suffered from the same problems as much of industrialised Britain and saw little investment in the 1970s.
In the 1980s and 1990s, the Welsh Development Agency (WDA) funded a major dual carriageway[citation needed] (the A483) bypassing Wrexham town centre and connecting it with nearby Chester and with England's trunk road network. New shopping areas have been created within the town at Henblas Square, Island Green and Eagles Meadow and the Wrexham Industrial Estate, previously used in the Second World War, has become home to many manufacturing businesses.
Wrexham A.F.C.
Wrexham Association Football Club (Welsh: Clwb Pêl-droed Wrecsam) is a professional association football club based in Wrexham, Wales. Based on the club's recorded formation date of 1864, they are the oldest club in Wales and the third oldest professional football team in the world. Since August 2011 Wrexham have been a supporter-owned football club. As of May 2015, the club has 4,129 adult members and joint owners.
The club will spend their ninth season in the National League in 2016–17, the fifth tier of English football – the lowest level of competition that they have played in, since they were first elected to the football league in 1921- following their relegation from Football League Two at the end of the 2007–08 season, after 87 years of consecutive membership of The Football League. Wrexham are perhaps most notable for an FA Cup upset over reigning English Champions Arsenal in 1992 and a 1–0 victory over FC Porto in 1984 in the European Cup Winners' Cup. Wrexham were eligible for the Cup Winners' Cup due to winning the Welsh Cup, their first European tie was against FC Zürich of Switzerland in 1972 and their final European fixture was played in Romania against Petrolul Ploiești in 1995.
Wrexham's honours include winning the Third Division title in 1977-78, the Welsh Cup a record 23 times, the Football League Trophy in 2005 at the Millennium Stadium and the FA Trophy in 2013 at Wembley Stadium. Wrexham are also record winners of the short-lived FAW Premier Cup, winning it five times out of the 11 years of its tenure, participating against fellow Welsh clubs such as; Cardiff City, Swansea City and Newport County.
Wrexham's home stadium, the Racecourse Ground, is the world's oldest international stadium that still continues to host international games. The record attendance at the ground was set in 1957, when Wrexham hosted a match against Manchester United in front of 36,445 spectators.

WATCH BEFORE YOU TAKE SPICE, BLACK MAMBA etc
So-called 'legal highs', Spice and Black Mamba, are turning people into zombies across the country as emergency services struggle to cope with the epidemic.
The drugs are wreaking havoc both on the streets and in Britain's prisons.
Officially described as new psychoactive substances (NPS), legal highs - or designer drugs - have been linked to a number of deaths and hospital admissions over the years.
Does this look like fun to you?!?

UK: FUEL PRICES PROTEST UPDATE
English/Nat
Britain is beginning to face a severe fuel supply shortage as the protests against the price of fuel continues.
Having seen how the French government caved in to a bitter dispute last week, road hauler groups and farmers are jointly venting their frustration by holding blockades and demonstrations at oil refineries across the country.
Filling stations in the northwest of England and north Wales have run out of petrol and motorists are facing long lines for fuel, which look likely to continue.
Two thirds of the United Kingdom's oil refineries are now caught up in the blockades, since action over the price of fuel began on September 8.
Truckers demonstrating at a Shell Oil Refinery in the northwest of England began their fifth day of vigilance on Tuesday.
Farmers and lorry drivers from North Wales, Cheshire, Lancashire, Staffordshire and Shropshire have joined the stand-off at the Stanlow oil refinery in Cheshire county, just south of Liverpool.
This is the site of the first blockade, which started on Friday.
Two men were arrested there on Saturday after an altercation between pickets and a tanker driver, but the protest has been otherwise peaceful.
On the day of the arrests, elsewhere in the region, fuel demonstrators blocked the entrance to a distribution depot in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester.
On Sunday and Monday night taxi drivers from Liverpool joined the picket line at Stanlow as the fuel protest spread.
No oil tankers are coming out to supply garages from the Stanlow refinery, but a few have been let in-and-out to supply emergency vehicles.
The 50-60 protestors at Stanlow are adamantly maintaining that they will not hinder access of fuel to vehicles used in the emergency services, from ambulances to fire-trucks.
The protestors even cheered the Shell tankers that did leave the refinery in order to supply emergency vehicles.

The tax is ludicrous. He Tony Blair talks about blaming OPEC and the tax is £7.50 out of every £10 we spend --
the man's a maniac.

We're having to close. We've run out of unleaded. We have a little bit of super unleaded and we're running out of diesel.

The Great British public -- it takes us an awful long time to get into gear, but once we do, I'm afraid we do things right. And by keeping this a very tidy orderly, and I emphasise orderly, albeit illegal demonstration, we haven't hurt anybody, we have no intention of hurting anybody, but we will finish this right to the end.

Drug induced Zombie walk, Charlton St. Worcester, Mass. USA
Description: I happened upon this girl while walking the dog I am taking care of for a tenant that is in jail on a Domestic Assault charge. Sadly, this is not an unusual sight on our public ways in these days of rampant drug use and abuse. My area of concern, the 700 Block of Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts became infested with drug users and abusers because the only wet homeless shelter used to be located right next to the property that I manage.
They finally moved the shelter last May, but the neighborhood had become a known place to score the drug of your choice during the time the shelter was located here. It still has that reputation in some circles.
I have been bringing attention to the situation through this video series, and have installed an 8 Channel Surveillance system that videos the entire area 24/7. It records everything for 2500 hours, which is a long time.
I made sure to post what my cameras see on You Tube and social media has made a positive impact, it seems like no one wants to be featured on the next video, and they have for the most part moved on to stay out of the spotlight.
There are still some stragglers, here is one of them. Enjoy the video, I think it shows that we need as a society to get people that are obviously addicted into treatment and recovery programs.
Shocking video of men who turned into zombies by Spice drug
These shocking scenes show zombies on Spice slumped around a daytime city centre. Dad-of-four Ray McKenzie, 49, found one 'possessed 'man hunched over and wobbling in the street as he went shopping. Minutes later he came across two more slumped near a bin in Nottingham screaming and groaning with their eyes shut. His video shows bypassers trying to drag one man top his feet as he stares blankly at the sky but they struggle to keep his limp body upright. Despite being in a heavy stupor, one of the men manages to stay on his feet for a time albeit hunched over.
