I wanted to share with you all something a little different from what I typically post, that I think you might enjoy... operating handguns... whaaaattt?
My Fiance surprised me with a range package to one of our local indoor guns ranges for my birthday this past winter. It was my first time shooting, so I went with one of our good friends who's shoot before and I've got to say it was an otter blast. If anyone has the opportunity to visit a range I would highly recommend it as it's like no other experience. Safety is always paramount when operating weapons of any sort and we had a trained professional range officer right by our side the whole time who went over some basics to familiarize us with the weapons.

I've played a ton of First Person Shooter games in my life, including some on this channel, but I've never actually shot a gun before or even held one. So my friends and I went to a shooting range called Urban Tactical in Brantford Ontario Canada. Where we got to shoot a Glock 17 Hand Gun, a Soviet SKS Rifle, a 308 Rifle and a Hatsan Optima Shotgun.
This video is not intended for politicizing the use of guns nor is it normalizing the negative impact guns have made on people's lives. This video is documenting my true and honest reaction to firing a weapon for the first time in a safe environment in as entertaining of a way as I possibly could.

Sig Sauer MCX - First Canadian Review!
This is the first Canadian review of the Sig Sauer MCX rifle! In this video I do a bench teardown and explain all the very cool features of this new rifle. I also take it to the range and test fire several types of 5.56 ammunition.
Very special thanks to MD CHARLTON, who are the exclusive Sig Sauer distributors for Canada. They loaned this rifle (1 of only 2 in the country at the time of the video) for a few days so I could review it.

Revolver Injury - Chicken Wing Test
In this video I show what can, and likely will, happen if you hold or grip a revolver incorrectly. The danger comes from having any fingers or your thumb near the gap at the front of the cylinder where it meets the barrel.

This is one BIG sniper rifle and it felt like shooting a table top cannon.
Law Enforcement - Train To Win With Added Stress
Great day on the range today at Urban Tactical Brantford!
Today we're adding some stress to the mix of shooting. This is absolutely necessary to ensure survival in combat.
As a police officer in the Hamilton Police Service, I was only given an opportunity to shoot once per year. This is completely inadequate and is highly likely to have resulted in bad outcomes for stressful situations.
It's not acceptable to accept the lowest common denominator.
Train hard, always.
