BANNED!!!!! by U.K. Government_ British Tax Protesters Arrest Judge in Act of _Lawful Rebellion_.flv
03/08/2011
For those wondering whether we can expect to see anything like the scenes witnessed in Egypt coming to America or the United Kingdom, the actions of British protesters who engaged in lawful rebellion by attempting to arrest a judge yesterday could herald the beginning of a new tax revolt to rival the infamous poll tax riots of 1990.
Just as the 2009 town hall confrontations gave birth to the modern incarnation of the Tea Party in the United States, with the organization having its early origins in the 2007 End the Fed protests involving Ron Paul supporters, could yesterday's events herald the beginning of a massive tax revolt movement set to sweep the UK?
There were chaotic scenes as around 600 activists from the British Constitution Group massed around Birkenhead county court chanting freedom, and arrest that judge as police with riot dogs attempted to hold them back.
Protesters stormed the courtroom and civilly arrested Judge Michael Peake before escorting him from the building. Peake was eventually wrestled away from protesters by police as the activists chanted, Do your job to the police. Dozens more police arrived to set up blockades and numerous protesters were arrested.
Peake was ruling on a case involving Roger Hayes, former member of UKIP, who has refused to pay council tax, both as a protest against the government's treasonous activities in sacrificing Britain to globalist interests and as a result of Hayes clearly proving that council tax is illegal.
Hayes has embarked on an effort to legally prove that the enforced collection of council tax by government is unlawful because no contract has been agreed between the individual and the state. His argument is based on the sound legal principle that just like the council, Hayes can represent himself as a third party in court and that Roger Hayes is a corporation and must be treated as one in the eyes of the law.
As he emerged from the court surrounded by his supporters, Mr Hayes said: 'The judges are breaking the law in their own courts. I asked him [Mr Peake] if he was serving under his oath of office, reports the Daily Mail.
I asked three times for him to confirm this and he refused, so I civilly arrested the judge and I called upon some people in the court to assist me in this, Hayes said.
They were acting lawfully and the police should not have arrested them.
Made up of people from across the UK, the marchers say they are exerting their ancient right to lawful Rebellion under Article 16 of Magna Carta, reported the Wirral Globe.
Raymond Saintclair, who organised the Birkenhead protest said: Today was day one. This is going to happen again and again and again. We have sent a message to this court as one nation and one voice until change comes.

How Thai Forest Buddhism Came to British Columbia
How did the austere Thai Forest Buddhism win a foothold on the laid-back west coast of Canada? This is a recording of a talk given at SFU Vancouver on October 4, 2019: Thai Forest Buddhism Enters the British Columbian Forest: Building Birken Monastery in the 1990s
In April 1994, the Venerable Sona (ne Tom West), a Coquitlam, BC-born-and-bred Buddhist monk from the austere and orthodox Thai Forest Tradition of Theravada Buddhism, travelled to a complex of rundown shacks on the road between Mount Currie and D’Arcy in the Birkenhead River valley near Pemberton, BC. There, he succeeded in establishing a foothold of the Thai Forest tradition, the first initiated by a westerner in North America.
In order for this strict form of Buddhist monasticism to take root a diverse group of people with widely divergent backgrounds, religious and otherwise, had to intersect, thanks to the utter dependence of the mendicant monks on the laity. Those who fed and otherwise sustained the monks included regular visitors from the Vancouver region – Thai Buddhist graduate students and domestic workers, as well as Sri Lankan and “convert” Buddhist professionals and academics – along with local people – largely non-Buddhist foresters, entrepreneurs, self-described hippies and dropouts, and a Baptist school secretary.
Our presentation will explore the depth and meaning of these intersections, which didn’t happen in the cosmopolitan environs of a Global City, like Vancouver, but rather at the periphery, in a remote and reputedly “redneck” place, where the Thai and Sri Lankan “ethnic” Buddhists who visited encountered an intensely foreign cultural and physical environment surrounding the familiar robes and rituals of a Buddhist monastery.

MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry have spotted enjoying a stroll and a pint on the streets of London… but it's not what you think.
Royal fans were shocked to see the royal couple out in the capital, but upon close look they realised the duo were not Meghan and Harry but instead actors with waxwork heads and wigs.
The actors, working for Madame Tussauds in Baker Street, donned waxwork heads of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, looking shockingly alike to the royal couple.
On Wednesday, the Meghan and Harry look-alikes took a walk in Battersea Park in south-west London, and were also seen at feasting on a pub lunch at the Sands End pub in Fulham.
UK: Paralympian Peer Lord Holmes pleads not guilty in sexual assault case

Peer and former Paralympic athlete Lord Holmes of Richmond denied sexually assaulting a masseuse at a London hotel, when he appeared at Southwark Crown Court in the British capital on Monday, according to reports from inside the court.
The former swimming champion is accused of touching the woman at a five-star hotel in central London in March.
Lord Holmes, who is blind, was seen arriving at court alongside his instructing solicitor Andrew Gilmore, who guided him into the building.
The peer pleaded not guilty to the charge and confirmed his name as Christopher Holmes, reportedly confirming both his date of birth and his British nationality.
His unconditional bail was renewed by Judge Jeffrey Pegden QC, and a trial date has yet to be scheduled.
A nine-time Paralympic swimming champion, Lord Holmes broke 35 World records before taking on key roles in sport management and politics.

Places to see in ( Blandford Forum - UK )
Places to see in ( Blandford Forum - UK )
Blandford Forum, commonly Blandford, is a market town in the North Dorset district of Dorset, England, sited by the River Stour about 24 km northwest of Poole. It is the administrative headquarters of North Dorset District Council.
Blandford is notable for its Georgian architecture, the result of rebuilding after the majority of the town was destroyed by a fire in 1731. The rebuilding work was assisted by an Act of Parliament and a donation by George II, and the rebuilt town centre—to designs by local architects John and William Bastard—has survived to the present day largely intact.
Blandford Camp, a military base, is sited on the hills two miles to the north east of the town. It is the base of the Royal Corps of Signals, the communications wing of the British Army, and the site of the Royal Signals Museum.
Blandford is situated between Cranborne Chase and the Dorset Downs, to the south east of the Blackmore Vale, 24 km (15 mi) northwest of Poole and 35 km (22 mi) southwest of Salisbury. It is sited in the valley of the River Stour, mostly on rising ground northeast of the river, but with some development south of the river at Blandford St Mary.
ost of the buildings in Blandford's centre are Georgian, due to the rebuilding after the 1731 fire and the absence of subsequent change. Pevsner stated that hardly any other town in England can be compared with it. A 1970 report by Donald Insall Associates described Blandford as the most complete and cohesive surviving example of a Georgian country town in England, with the Market Place area in particular given the status of An Area of National Importance and described as a brilliant master piece . Buildings that have received Grade I listing by English Heritage are the parish church of St Peter and St Paul, the town hall and corn exchange, The Old House, Coupar House, Pump House, and several buildings in Market Place: numbers 18, 20 and 26, and the old Greyhound Inn. All the listed structures in Market Place, including the church and another seventeen buildings with either Grade II or Grade II* status, form a group, together with several listed properties in West Street and East Street.
Coupar House, dated around 1750, is the largest private house in Blandford that dates from the post-fire period. It has a richly decorated interior with a notable staircase, and is unique among the town's private dwellings for having Portland stone dressings to its brick façade, though the design of this frontage has been described as curiously amateurish with little attention ... paid to rules of proportion.
Blandford lies at the junction of the A350 and A354 main roads but is skirted by an eastern bypass. The main road running through the town is the B3082, connecting Blandford Forum to Wimborne Minster. Buses run from the town to locations including Poole, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Shaftesbury with the primary operator being Wilts & Dorset. Blandford is 15 miles (24 km) from Bournemouth Airport.
Blandford is 15 miles (24 km) from Poole railway station. From 1860 to 1964, Blandford Forum was a stop on the Somerset and Dorset Joint Railway, which ran from Bath to Bournemouth, until the line closed to passengers in 1966. Located between Templecombe and Broadstone, the railway was still open until the closure of the Blandford's goods yard in 1969, after which the track was lifted. The station was immortalised in 1964 in the song Slow Train by Flanders and Swann.
( Blandford Forum - UK ) is well know as a tourist destination because of the variety of places you can enjoy while you are visiting the city of Blandford Forum . Through a series of videos we will try to show you recommended places to visit in Blandford Forum - UK
