It is a Halloween season in Kuala Lumpur. IPC Swedish shopping mall has been delivering a wonderful Halloween theme in the shopping centre.
IPC is adjacent to IKEA furnishing store. There is lot of shoppes and branded outlets in this mall and a nice food court at lower ground level.
