The Scientific center kuwait is a cultural achievement and educational facility enriched with knowledge, which portrays fascinating architectural design that reflects Islamic art and culture. The walls contain ceramic depictions of stories that tell of Kuwait’s history. The main building is comprised of three main attractions: the Aquarium, Discovery Place and IMAX Theater. It also houses supporting services such as Gift Shop, Cafe and Food court.

The Scientific Center - Kuwait

We went to The Scientific Center in Kuwait. It was an awesome adventure to all of us!

It's divided into 3 parts:

The Aquarium, which includes different species of fish like Rays, Sharks, as well as different kinds of desert animals like snakes, bats, beetles...

The Discovery Place, which is actually very interesting. Our kids had a blast, it actually is a discovery area to all those who like educative and bubbly games.

And the movie theaters, 3D movies that include documentary movies about animals and dinosaurs (depends on what they are showing at your time of visit).

All in all, you need around 3 hours to cover it all.

Beautiful view outside, at the beach - corniche, overviewing the city center.

Definitely a must go if you are in Kuwait.

The Scientific Center in Kuwait is a fun place to enjoy with your family. This complex has got an Aquarium, a Discovery Place (A scientific learning place) and an IMAX theater. It opens from 9 am to 10 pm.

The Kuwait Scientific Center located near Marina Park in Salmiya, Kuwait. Tickets are a little costly in relation to the service provided. However there is promotion on Tuesdays after 1pm. On that day, you will get Aquarium ticket for 2.5KD and Discover place for 1.5KD. You can also dive for Shark feeding witha fee of 35 KD.

There is amble parking space and restaurants around. Along with this visit, you can enjoy beauty of Salmiya beach and if on time, you can watch breathtaking sunset also.

There is large parking space and Restaurants around. Along with this Visit, you can enjoy beauty of salmiya beach and if on time you can watch breathtaking sunset also.

It is locally reffered to, is home to one of the largest aquariums in the GULF region with the capacity of one of the tanks at 1.5 million liters and holding over 100 different species of animal and KSC spans over 80,000 s/q meters with the building covering over 18,000 s/q meters
