Pattaya -The City Of Sin
Pattaya is a city on Thailand’s eastern Gulf coast known for its beaches. A quiet fishing village as recently as the 1960s, it’s now lined with resort hotels, high-rise condos, shopping malls, cabaret bars and 24-hour clubs. Nearby, hillside Wat Phra Yai Temple features an 18m-tall golden Buddha. The area also features several designer golf courses, some with views of Pattaya Bay.
When you’re walking down the street full of bars with young and sexy girls each and everyone trying to lure you in for a “shower” in one of their private rooms upstairs then you know you’re either dreaming in your boring home town or you are actually right there in Pattaya’s infamous street: Soi Sex. Ahhh…. Soi Six.
By driving down Second Road all the way from Walking Street you will notice that there are less and less bars with each Soi you’re passing and once you reach Soi 6 it’s a big surprise how busy it is and easy to get overwhelmed by what is going on here. There are literally dozens of bars each filled with lots of girls most of them standing outside trying to make you come inside for short time

I start this chronicle where I had left my job as a bar manager in Pattaya and headed for Bangkok Thailand. I had nowhere to live and no income coming in but I had met a girl I was in love with, and I needed to make it work.
I this series I talk about finding a condo in Bangkok and setting up a small business with my then girlfriend Mem legal buying and selling. Follow my journey as I tell you how it's done.

We've been here in Bangkok many times before so we feel like we've gotten to know the city a little better each time and with this video we're going to show you 25 things to do in Bangkok, Thailand. In this video we visit the Grand Palace and plenty of wats, enjoy street food and then have drinks at a rooftop bar, weave our way through crowded markets and take our time visiting museums. On FB at
Right on the edge of Ramkhamhaeng University (Thailand's largest University) and on the way towards ABAC (Assumption University) is a shop called Apipoch Rad Nar (อภิโภชน์ ราดหน้า). There you'll find a man stirring a giant pot of gravy and pork out front and soothing, tasty egg noodles for 50 baht (less than $2) inside.
Note: Under the same store front they also sell regular egg noodles and rice dishes.
In the alley next to the restaurant there's a variety of snacking foods. They included a few miniature Thai desserts like kanom bueang (cream filled crispy wafer), babin (the rice and coconut pancakes), and khao kriap pbak mau (the slimy, savory wrapped peanut mixture).
Remember you can get over to this area a little easier than in the past by taking the airport link to the Ramkamhaeng Station.
