How to improve your eyesight fast? In case you spend tons of time looking at your smartphone, tablet, computer, or TV screen, you aren’t doing your eyes any good, you’re seriously damaging them. If we are being completely blunt, your eyes strain too much, they get tired too quickly, and your eyesight drops.

Poor eyesight, in turn, creates a whole bunch of different problems, from choosing eyeglasses and contact lenses to saving money for an expensive surgery. It’s really important to care about your vision using some natural ways to improve it. In this video, you'll get to know about some of them.
If you include in your diet onions, garlic, and caper, you will enrich your diet with lecithin, sulfur, and cysteine. This will prevent the lenses of your eyes from getting cataracts. Omega-3 fatty acids (in the amount of 1,000 mg per day) will help you to avoid dry eyes and macular degeneration. That's why mackerel, herring, tuna, salmon, walnuts, and flaxseeds should be frequent ingredients in your diet. If you can't get any seafood, buying fish oil supplements will be a good alternative. Dark leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, and pumpkin contain beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, and lutein. These elements protect your eyes from being damaged by the sun.
Try to use your computer as little as possible. Of course, it's easier said than done if your work is tightly connected to this device. Even so, there are some ways to reduce the negative impact of staring at the computer screen all day long. Implement a 20-20-20 rule to your working routine. According to this rule, you should look at something situated 20 feet away from you for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. Don't forget to blink, this way you'll produce tears. They're necessary to refresh and moisten your eyes. Make the font size larger and the screen brighter and more contrast. This will help you to read and browse easier. Your monitor should be directly in front of you. Its screen is to be located a bit below your eye level.
Try near and far focusing exercise to significantly strengthen your eye muscles.You can do this exercise in a sitting or standing position, it doesn't matter. Choose an object 10-20 feet away from you and focus on it. Stay like this for 10-15 seconds. Then refocus your eyes on your thumb that is 10 inches away from your face. Stay concentrated for 10-15 seconds.

-Start with some eye massage and pencil push-ups. You can also try near and far focusing exercise, drawing figure eight with your eyes, and directional exercises.
-Some people think that it's possible to lighten the color of your eyes with the help of such products as honey, spinach, ginger, chamomile tea, and so one. Presumably, your eyes will get brighter in just 2 weeks.

Vy, Chad, and Regina are watching from the safe house house and must invent a plan to help rescue Daniel. Chad jumps in his hacker-proof Delorean car and drives to the Project Zorgo headquarters, where they are taking Daniel. Before arriving, he gathers items needed to go undercover as a hacker. HANDSOME lion wrangler Shandor Larenty is so busy with his lions and hyenas - who like to give him kisses - has no time for romantic relationships with girls. While his friends were out partying and enjoying their teens, the dedicated 24-year-old was working night shifts at The Lion Park near Johannesburg, South Africa, mucking out hyenas, watching over sick lions, or doing special night feeds with injured giraffes. While Shandor admits he’s doing his “dream job”, the work is demanding it means he has no time for a love life. Thankfully he does get affection from somewhere, but it’s usually from his furry friends at the park like Themba the hyena.

Puff Adder snake Bitis arietans Meerkat predator Mongoose predator The Meerkat Magic Valley Reserve
Meet one of my younger puff adder snake friends (Bitis arietans) I call Ziziphus who lives on the reserve with me:
I was super lucky again to see one of my beautiful puff adder friends on my reserve again. I call this lovely reptile Ziziphus after a wild Kalahari Meerkat I observed for seven years as she survived a bite from a puff adder on her tail.
Ziziphus is a resident reserve snake who has favourite sunning places next to a walking trail of mine. What a treat to see such a magnificent creature again.
This was sadly for me a very brief encounter and as usual by being aware of reserve wildlife, they do not get aggressive and attack if they are respected.
All snakes are protected in The Meerkat Magic Valley Reserve of The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project, and so is their habitat.

One of the deeper beautiful natural reserve riverine swimming pools that my puppies and I visit during the day and at night.

MEERKATS by internationally published author Grant Mc Ilrath The Meerkat Man is the new 240 page hard cover conservation book published in 2016. This is the first conservation book ever done on meerkats and includes two of the three currently recognised sub species.
It also discusses the conservation work of The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project and The Meerkat Magic Valley Reserve.
Included are three of Grant's wildlife conservation poems, with two about the world famous UNGULUNGU meerkat group and dozens of photographs.
