The Victoria
A short documentary about The Victoria, a local independent LGBT-friendly pub in Walthamstow, East London that has been open since 1977.
The Vic plays host to many events and special nights for the local community, including Karaoke by CNN on Fridays, Drag, Cabaret, DJs, and bands on Saturdays, a Sunday Quiz Night with Neil's Big Quiz, with Thursdays rotating between experimental electronic and punk from It's Her Factory, Reggae with General Echo Sound System, the house Jazz band Los Otros, and an Open Mic.
It's our local pub, we love coming here and decided to make a visual love letter to spread the word of how great it is.

Greater Anglia ft Victoria Line Trains at Tottenham Hale on April 12th 2019
2nd time filming at Tottenham Hale although this time not just the Victoria Line but this time my 1st time filming on the West Anglia Main Line platforms as well.
Also my 1st trip back to London in over 2 months which also was staying up in Stratford for a few days as well.
Tottenham Hale station first opened in 1840 as Tottenham by the Northern & Eastern Railway from Stratford to Broxbourne.
The Eastern Counties Railway took over operations in 1844 and ran the line for 18 years until taken over by the GER (Great Eastern Railway) in 1862.
The station has been renamed 3 times since 1st opening with the Hale Suffix added in 1875 before being dropped in 1938 and was reinstated when the Victoria Line opened between Walthamstow Central and Highbury & Islington on September 1st 1968.
The Electrification of 25kv AC began running a year in 1969 replacing the original Class 121 Diesels.
Services began running with Class 322s providing a service every 15 minutes between London Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport in 1991.
Although Class 322s were dropped in 2000 and transferred to Scotrail with Class 317s taking over however since March 2011 most Stansted Express are operated by Class 379 Electrostars although some occasional services still operate with Class 317s.
Train services all call at Tottenham Hale with some alternating with extra stops at Harlow Town, Bishops Stortford or Stansted Mountfichet which then diverge from the WAML at Airport Junction.
All services to Stansted Airport, Cambridge, Cambridge North, Hertford East as well as Bishops Stortford services from Stratford call here
Stratford services was reintroduced in December 2005 running 2 trains per hour which provide an extra stop at Lea Bridge which closed in 1985 by British Rail but was reopened in May 2016.
At the time of filming the station was going under significant rebuilding as well as additional 3rd platform on the WAML which will the down line used by stopping services to Stratford which also a 3rd track being installed between Lea Bridge and the new station at Meridian Water which is due to replace Angel Road in May which also a 3rd platform is also being installed at the next station north at Northumberland Park.
The reason for the 3rd track is not just for provisional for Crossrail 2 if it happens in the future but mainly it's due to the fact the West Anglia Main Line towards London suffers ongoing delays which means fast services get stuck behind a stopping service. The 3rd track used either by freight movements or Stratford services would enable Liverpool Street services to pass without delay.
At peak times extra services to Broxbourne as well as Ely operate here with 1 Ely service extended to King Lynn.
The Class 317s been around on the network since 1982 their days in service are numbered and they are due to be replaced by Class 720s built by Bombardier which in turn also replacing the Class 321s on the Great Eastern Main Line as well.
As for the Class 379s on Stansted Express are being replaced by Class 745s built by Stadler in Switzerland although their future at present isn't certain.
The present Platform layout of the station with the Greater Anglia platforms being numbered 3 and 4 although Platforms 1 and 2 are situated underground on the Victoria Line.
All Victoria Line Trains are 2009 Stock built by Bombardier in Derby replacing the 1967 Stock in July 2011 with the Line running under ATO since Day One.
Filmed on Friday April 12th 2019 on iPhone 8 and edited on iMovie

Waltham Cross is a suburban dormitory town 12 miles NNE of central London and located within the metropolitan area of London, the Greater London Urban Area, and the Borough of Broxbourne in Hertfordshire. It is immediately north of the London Borough of Enfield and is the most southeasterly town of Hertfordshire, located immediately north of the M25 motorway. The Waltham Cross post town additionally includes the neighbouring town of Cheshunt and a small part of Enfield.
The town falls within Hertfordshire's Borough of Broxbourne, the metropolitan area of London, and the Greater London Urban Area, with Waltham Abbey to the east, Cheshunt to the north, and Enfield to the south. The M25 motorway runs immediately south of the town, bordering the area of Freezywater. The Waltham Cross post town includes the neighbouring town of Cheshunt, some northern sections of Enfield, including the Holmesdale Estate. Waltham Cross is the most southeasterly town within the county of Hertfordshire, and has fallen within its Borough of Broxbourne since 1974.
Waltham Cross formed part of the ancient parish of Cheshunt in the Hertford hundred of Hertfordshire. It formed part of Cheshunt Urban District from 1894 to 1974. In April 1974 the town together with Cheshunt and the Hoddesdon urban district councils merged to form the Borough of Broxbourne. The town takes its name from the Eleanor Cross which stands in its centre.
The High Street is spanned by a gantry sign supporting four sculpted swans. It was originally the sign of the now-demolished Four Swans (or Swannes) public house. The present sign is a replica erected in 2007. The original signs are now kept at Lowewood Museum, Hoddesdon. The area is served by two railway stations, on different lines in London fare zone 7. Waltham Cross station has services to London Liverpool Street and Stratford via Tottenham Hale with links to the Victoria line. To the north services run to Hertford East or Bishops Stortford.
Theobalds Grove station to the north of the town centre also provides services to London Liverpool street via Seven Sisters which also provides links to the Victoria line. The station and its services are run by London Overground. There is a bus station in the town centre where many London Buses routes terminate and link with services further out of London.

Love Match And Life Of David Beckham And Victoria Adams
Love Match And Life Of David Beckham And Victoria Adams
In 1997, Beckham started dating Victoria Adams, after she attended a Manchester United match. She was famously known as Posh Spice of the pop music group Spice Girls, one of the world's top pop groups at the time, and his team was also enjoying a great run of success. Therefore, their relationship instantly attracted a great deal of media attention. The couple were dubbed Posh and Becks by the media. He proposed to her on 24 January 1998 in a restaurant in Cheshunt, England.
On 4 July 1999, David and Victoria married at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland. Beckham's team-mate Gary Neville was the best man, and the couple's infant son, Brooklyn, was the ring bearer. The media were kept away from the ceremony, as the Beckhams had an exclusive deal with OK! Magazine, but newspapers were still able to obtain photographs showing them sitting on golden thrones.437 staff were employed for the wedding reception, which was estimated to have cost £500,000.
David and Victoria Beckham have four children: sons Brooklyn Joseph (born 4 March 1999), Romeo James (born 1 September 2002 in London), and Cruz David (born 20 February 2005 in Madrid;[213] the word cruz is Spanish for cross); and daughter Harper Seven (born 10 July 2011, in Los Angeles). Elton John is godfather to Brooklyn and Romeo Beckham; their godmother is Elizabeth Hurley. Beckham's three sons have all played football in the Arsenal Academy. Like their father, Brooklyn and Romeo have both done modelling work and been named among GQ's best dressed British men. Beckham's eldest son Brooklyn previously played football for Arsenal U16, but was released at the end of the 2014–15 season.
In his early Manchester United career, Beckham lived in a four-bedroom house in Worsley that he bought directly from the property developer as a 20-year-old in 1995. In 1999, the Beckhams purchased their most famous home in Hertfordshire, unofficially dubbed Beckingham Palace, for £2.5 million, but subsequently sold it to insurance entrepreneur Neil Utley for £11.3 million in March 2014. In January 2014, they purchased a £45 million house in Holland Park, London, on which they spent a further £3 million renovating before moving in.
Beckham suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), which he says makes him have everything in a straight line or everything has to be in pairs. Victoria claims, If you open our fridge, it's all co-ordinated down either side. We've got three fridges – food in one, salad in another and drinks in the third. In the drinks one, everything is symmetrical. If there's three cans, he'll throw one away because it has to be an even number.
