The Wincle Beer Company | Eccentric English Beer | Cheshire
Wincle Beer Co. was set up in 2008 from a redundant milking parlour, on a working farm set within the Peak District National Park.
Our whole ethos has always been about brewing the kind of beer that we love to drink ourselves.
Following an extensive 4 month course at Brewlab at the University of Sunderland, our first beer rolled off the production line in August 2008 after first being relentlessly critiqued by our ever-growing testing panel.
We enjoyed immediate success and encouragement at Tamworth beer festival where we won a silver medal.
Our original plan was to take life easy, do the odd brew and spend the rest of the time whittling. However, people loved our beer and we couldn't brew it fast enough.
We are now brewing flat out, 5 days a week and have now moved to a beautiful stone barn with a new state of the art 15 barrel plant, right in the heart of Wincle.

The flaypast was laid on by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, as thanks for Wincle Brewery creating the Standard Bearer ale with proceeds going to the Royal British Legion.

Saltaire Brewery | Hand Crafted Ales | Shipley's Award Winning Brewery
globalfilmmakers.com
International award-winning Saltaire Brewery is in Shipley, West Yorkshire and has enjoyed brewing hand crafted ales since 2005. Our beers have won more than 50 trade awards, including two national championship brews and two international gold medals for our Triple Chocoholic Stout.
Our most popular and well-known beer is Saltaire Blonde, which is a permanent ale on bars across Yorkshire. And, as West Yorkshire drinkers have more microbreweries to choose from than anywhere else in the UK, we're proud that it's so many people's favourite ale.
Saltaire Brewery is also home to our famous monthly Beer Club and quarterly Trade Nights, where drinkers from across the North meet to try our brews and those of our guest brewers.
We brew nearly 500 casks of quality ales a week, which we deliver all over Yorkshire as well the North West, Cumbria and North East.
Our bottled beers are available from most major supermarkets in Yorkshire as well as independent wine and beer shops.
