But after being taken over by a new landlord, and by the local community, its fortunes have taken a U-turn.
So much so, the village is now raising a pint to national success.

I'll Be There - The 5678 Choir
The 5678 Choir led by Lisa Faye singing at The Wonston Arms Community Cafe in aid of The British Lung Foundation on Monday 19th November 2018. The choir are singing I'll Be There written by Lisa Faye Broadhead and especially arranged for the 5678 Choir. The community cafe raised an amazing £315 for the British Lung Foundation, the chosen charity this month because singing is good for our lungs as scientific research shows! The Wonston Arms Community Cafe is held on the 3rd monday of each month and to date has raised over £3500 for charities.
