Mr Switch - World DJ Champion scratches with new Xone:43C Mixer

We invited Mr Switch to throw down his legendary skills on the new Xone:43C DJ Mixer from Allen & Heath. Mr Switch used the Serato DJ Club Kit plus the optional Xone Innofader upgrade.

Mr Switch aka Anthony Culverwell is one of the most talented & successful DJs to come out of the UK - noted worldwide for his versatility, party rocking abilities & scratch skills. Having made his name on the DJ battle circuit, Switch's efforts led him to win the title of DMC WORLD CHAMPION in 2014, the longest standing DJ competition in the world. This is his 4th world title, following his back-to-back wins in the 'Battle For World Supremacy', 3 years in a row.

The Archons - Rock, Blues & Americana from three very experienced Cornish musicians.
Guy Rosewall is well known as frontman and guitarist in the long running blues band Devils Creek - expect some great guitar playing and music with heart and soul. He is joined by Terry Brown on drums and Tim Chapple on bass. The three musicians originally got together back in 2006 in the original Devils Creek lineup - they are back together to play live as The Archons, and loving every minute.

Parchman Farm or Parchman Farm Blues is a blues song first recorded by American Delta blues musician Bukka White in 1940. It is an autobiographical piece, in which White sings of his experience at the infamous Mississippi State Penitentiary, known as Parchman Farm. Jazz pianist-vocalist Mose Allison adapted it for his own Parchman Farm and New Parchman, which are among his most popular songs. Numerous artists have recorded their own renditions, usually based on Allison's songs.

Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are in the top ten areas for the UK who are in fuel poverty.

Since September 2015 the Winter Wellbeing partners have provided central heating to over 350 homes across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
