Один из немногих отелей 5* в Индии (Гоа) с большой, уютной, очень ухоженной зеленой территорией и высоким уровнем сервиса. Отель расположен на самом берегу моря. Зонты, шезлонги, полотенца на пляже – бесплатно. Песчаный вход в воду, пологий, комфортный. Песок близкий к белому.
Номера garden view (superior) rooms (41 м2, вид на сад, макс. 3 чел.). Номер просторный, уютный. Бесплатный Wi Fi в номере на 2 прибора. Доп кровать в номере – евро-раскладушка, не матрас. Во всех номерах сейф бесплатно, набор для приготовления чая/кофе (пополняется каждый день), халаты, тапочки (по запросу) – у нас в номере были. Ежедневно в номере есть по 3 бутылочки воды. В номера также предоставляют свежую прессу на английском языке (с непонятной периодичностью). Матрас очень удобный, высокий. Простыни белые. В номере некоторые детали интерьера требуют ремонта. В ванной комнате есть фен, косметическое зеркало.
Номера premium (pool view) rooms. По размеру он такой же, как и номер garden view (superior) rooms, только у номера вид на бассейн и может быть чуть интереснее текстиль. На полу – плитка + ковер с длинной ворсой. Всего в отеле 5 категорий номеров.
Помимо основного ресторана – Waterfalls Cafe, в отеле еще есть 2 ресторана. Один из них находится в непосредственной близости от основного ресторана – SAKE – Пан-азиатский a la carte ресторан (японская, китайская и тайская кухни), второй – рядом с пляжем – блюда по меню – сезонные блюда из морепродуктов, 2 бара: один рядом с бассейном - BLUE LAGOON, второй бар - рядом с основным рестораном TANGERINE. Еда вкусная, выбор хороший.
Для детей в отеле есть мини-клуб (возраст от 3 до 16 лет), детская игровая комната, в ресторане есть детское меню.
Каждый день рядом с основным рестораном проводят вечера живой музыки. Для любителей азартных игр в отеле есть казино. Со слов представителей отеля есть софт анимация, но в живую не было возможности познакомиться с ней. Помимо этого, гости отеля могут бесплатно посещать фитнес центр, сауну, джакузи, поиграть в настольный теннис, бадминтон. За дополнительную плату - стрельба из лука, бильярд, мини-гольф, прокат велосипедов, теннисный корт. Помимо всего прочего отель предлагает проведение свадебных церемоний, конференций.
Рядом с отелем нет хорошо развитой инфраструктуры, большого количества магазинчиков, кафешек.
В целом отель понравился.
