The Derbies: Motherwell v Hamilton Accies
Football is nothing without rivalries, so TheTwoPointOne decided to document and illustrative some of the defining derbies that make the sport what it is in Scotland. We call the series 'The Derbies.'
So we visited Fir Park to sample the Lanarkshire derby between Motherwell and Hamilton Accies. This is a rivalry that is changing and growing in intensity with every passing match.

Motherwell produced the goods when it mattered the most to sweep Rangers aside and win the SPFL Premiership play-off. Well went into the tie with a two goal advantage having beaten the Gers 3-1 in the first leg.
Marvin Johnson's long-range shot took a deflection and looped up and over keeper Cammy Bell, who misjudged the flight of the ball and could only help it into the net.
Lionel Ainsworth struck the second goal 20 minutes from time, again with the aid of a deflection, and substitute John Sutton converted a stoppage-time penalty after Lee Erwin had been tripped.

FALKIRK FC HIRED ME AND BATCHY | Scottish Football Derby Experience
What an awesome experience it was to head down to Falkirk vs Dunfermline -which is a massive Derby btw- and get all access passes to walk around the stadium and promote their Kids Go FREE initiative. The game was also very fierce and both sets of fans should be proud of the atmosphere that was generated. As someone who has experienced a lot of Scottish Football that atmosphere was a special one. For a game in Scotlands second division they absolutely put some premiership teams to shame with almost 7000 fans in attendance minus Grant the Grafter haha! Thanks to Batchy for asking me down to assist and I hope the video turns out great.
As for the game Dunfermline where by far the better team on this occasion and it leaves Falkirk with 1 win from 7 in the league. It must be worrying times for them.
As said in the title this is a dream job. If I could do this for a Rangers game WOOOOOOW... that would be immense!

Rangers slash Celtic's ticket allocation for future games at Ibrox
Rangers have sparked a tit-for-tat ticket war with Celtic after announcing they will dramatically slash their rivals' allocation for all future games at Ibrox from 7,000 to just over 900.Citing record season-ticket sales for the move following Steven Gerrard's box-office appointment as manager, the club revealed that all away supporters will now be situated in the corner between the Broomloan and Sandy Jardine stands.Responding to the news the Parkhead club immediately followed suit by insisting they will 'be happy to reciprocate in terms of ticket allocation'. It means the world-famous atmosphere at Scotland's biggest domestic fixture is in danger of being changed forever, with both clubs seemingly intent on blowing apart a reciprocal arrangement which has seen about 7,000 travelling fans attend derbies at both grounds.Celtic fans have traditionally been given the full Broomloan end at Ibrox and, at the Rangers AGM in July 2016, chairman Dave King rejected a plea to cut that allocation.Disagreeing with the notion that Light Blues fans are disadvantaged on their trips to Celtic Park, where their designated area of the ground includes a corner section, King blamed the anomaly on the different shapes of each stadium.He declared at the time: 'In reality, and by agreement, both teams receive the same number of tickets for away games.'However, a section of Rangers supporters continued to campaign for a change to this convention - and their wishes were officially granted yesterday. A statement on Rangers' official club website read: 'Our supporters will always come first and as many of them as practically possible must be accommodated.'That is why the Club has decided on an overall increase in the total number of season tickets available to our supporters to what will be a historical record.'A further announcement on the final new ticket allocation will shortly be made available on the club's website.'An unfortunate consequence of putting our supporters first is that this increased demand negatively impacts on the number of tickets which will be allocated to visiting teams.'This means all visiting fans will now be situated in the corner between the Broomloan and Sandy Jardine Stands.'We believe that this is the best possible outcome after considering the unprecedented levels of support from Rangers fans.'Within hours of the Rangers board making their statement, Celtic responded with a message of their own, declaring: 'An unprecedented Double Treble and historic season for the club has led to a phenomenal level of demand from supporters to be part of Celtic. Glasgow North East is a burgh constituency of the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom (at Westminster). It was first contested at the 2005 general election. The current Member of Parliament (MP) is Paul Sweeney of the Scottish Labour and Co-operative Party, who won his seat from the SNP's Anne McLaughlin at the 2017 snap general election with a narrow majority of 242 votes.
From the seat's creation until 2009, the constituency was represented by Michael Martin, previously MP for Glasgow Springburn from 1979. Martin was elected Speaker of the House of Commons in October 2000, but in May 2009 he announced that he would be resigning as Speaker on 21 June 2009 because of his perceived role in the MPs' expenses controversy. He was the first Speaker in 300 years to be forced out of office by a motion of no confidence. He also resigned as an MP the following day, resulting in a by-election on 12 November 2009, which was won by Willie Bain of the Labour Party with 59% of the vote; Bain retained the seat the following year at the 2010 UK general election, but was defeated by Anne McLaughlin of the SNP in 2015.
