Mesa Spirit RV Resort Review - Thousand Trails (Encore) (76)
What a pleasant surprise! This campground truly is a resort. Complete with three pools, five spas, two gyms, a billiard room, two poker rooms, a theater room, and much more.
Some of the pros: free campground wide wifi with a very quick connection, many amenities and activities, location, nearby shops and services, friendly staff, clean bathrooms and common areas.
On the downside Mena had trouble finding a shower with hot water. It may have been a busy time when she went to the bath house. We also would have enjoyed a picnic table at the site. You also need a 50 amp male to 30 amp female adapter for shore power. These things took nothing away from the experience though. We really loved this resort.
Unfortunately we were only here for two days but we will definitely be back to take advantage of the amenities and activities.
Why we love the Thousand Trails Zone Pass ($565 USD) with the Trails Collection ($199 USD) upgrade:
Not only can we access the approximately 80 Thousand Trails campgrounds at no extra cost, but we also have access to 107 Encore properties. Only 18 of the Encore properties are premium properties and cost an additional $20/night.
It fits our current lifestyle because we are trying to see as much of the U.S. and Canada as possible this winter. Maybe next year we will try something different but for now, it works well. We estimate that we are paying about $5/night based on the above membership. If you like you can check out the link below to get an additional rebate.
Get out and camp with $100 off a Thousand Trails Camping Pass. You will get $100 off and we will receive a $25 referral fee. All our reviews are 100% honest opinions. Start exploring by clicking this link!

Sneaky Ways Movie Theaters Get You To Spend More Money
Between ticket prices and concessions, movie theaters are expensive. But movie theater chains like AMC and Regal only keep around 50% of the revenue from ticket sales each year. But theaters are able to keep over 80% of concessions revenue as profit. So most theaters are designed to get you to spend money on food. And it works, AMC reports that more than 71% of attendees spend money on concessions.

Dr. Peter David Beter - Audio Letter 29: Disasters; NATO; Bolshevik Revolution - December 22, 1977
Dr. Peter David Beter - Audio Letter 29 - December 22, 1977
Text:
MP3:
(1) Cyclones, air quakes, and Soviet intimidation of America
(2) The dismantling of the NATO alliance
(3) America's betrayal into a new Bolshevik Revolution
Hello, my friends, this is Dr. Beter. Today is December 22,
1977, and this is my Audioletter No. 29. Three days from now
will be Christmas Sunday, 1977. On that day my family and I will
join millions of others around the world in celebrating the birth
of our Lord Jesus Christ. Like other proud parents, I look
forward especially to watching my three small children as they
open their gifts. For them, Christmas is a time of pure joy, and
that helps to make it so for us grown-ups as well. Even so this
Christmas they will not be receiving the one present I wish they
could have most of all, the gift of a future to look forward
to--a future of freedom, instead of slavery; a future of plenty,
instead of scarcity; a future of real peace, instead of
deliberate war. If I had the power to grant my children an
abundant future of freedom and peace all by myself, I'd do it,
but that is not possible. They cannot look forward to a future
like that unless all of our children can do the same; and, my
friends, the future which we as a nation are bequeathing to our
trusting children is one for which we deserve to be chastised
severely by our Lord. Much has been entrusted to us, and we have
not measured up to that trust.
We in America have always looked back at the tragedy Nazi
Germany became and said to ourselves: 'How could such a thing
have happened? Couldn't the German people see that they were
headed toward disaster? Why didn't they do something to stop
it?' But apparently we as a nation learned nothing at all from
their example or from any of the other lessons in history
because, my friends, the United States is headed for a disaster
that dwarfs what happened to Germany, or Japan, or Russia, or
China. It is about us that future generations will say: 'How
could such a thing have happened? Couldn't the American people
see that they were headed toward disaster? Why didn't they do
something to stop it?'
More and more Americans can sense now that something is
definitely wrong. If nothing else, our survival instinct is
ringing a muffled alarm inside all of us, warning of imminent
danger. But so far, most Americans are still on the side lines,
forfeiting all our rights and failing our responsibilities under
the United States Constitution. Instead of analyzing the facts
that are already before us, most of us choose the false wisdom
called Wait and See. Instead of going to the effort to challenge
our rulers about matters that are deciding our fate, we deceive
ourselves with the notion that at the next election we can
discharge our whole duty by casting a vote. Meanwhile we just
sit on the fence while we wait and see. Those who are waiting to
see do not have much longer to wait.
At the beginning of this year in Audioletter No. 20, I pointed
out that we are in the period of undeclared warfare that history
will record as Pre-War, leading up to the planned Nuclear War
One. Today as 1977 is on the wane, the Pre-War period is also on
the wane. The first stages of war itself are intended to erupt
soon, beginning in the Middle East. When I resumed recording the
Audioletter in August of this year after a silence of three
months, I warned you that we are now in a new phase as we watch
increasingly the fulfillment of man-made plans for disaster in
war. Having squandered and wasted the days of grace God gave us
to prevent disaster, we as a nation are going to suffer by our
own choice. [...]

1. U.S. Cronyism/Gang Stalking Renders Watch Lists Unreliable – Dec. 5, 2015
Here I am getting out of my car to go into the Westfield Mall as a person in White walks behind my car.
I would like to emphasize I never say individuals in my videos are Government Gang Stalkers. I am not a mind reader. I don't know people's intentions. I just show what I see to Provoke An Investigation into the Government Gang Stalking I have suffered 24/7 FOR THE LAST NINE YEARS.
U.S. Government Gang Stalkers use White/Black/RED cars and trucks, dress in White/Black or RED as they Gang Stalk.
As the U.S. is confronted with a very serious threat of terrorism against Americans Congressman Mac Thornberry on Morning Joe on December 3, 2015 said our Watch Lists are unreliable. “In the past few days,” Congressman Thornberry said, “I personally have heard of police, sheriffs, a variety of people who are on the Terrorists Watch Lists. So what happens is we dump a bunch of names onto this list for a variety of reasons and the we want to infringe on 2nd amendment rights just because of some administrative error. And so maybe it could be tightened up, maybe you could have a different sort of lists that would make sense. I am open to pursuing that.”
So a Congressman Thornberry contends it is no use to ban people on Watch Lists from buying guns because the Watch Lists in the United States are filled with the names of innocent people who have done nothing wrong. Congressman Thronberry would scrap them in favor of another kind of list.
Imagine the implications of what he is saying. He is saying we cannot use our Watch Lists to aid in the fight of the War on Terror because they are grossly inaccurate. The ACLU has said the same thing for a long time: “A bloated, opaque watchlisting system is neither fair nor effective. A system in which innocent people languish on blacklists indefinitely, with their rights curtailed and their names sullied, is at odds with our Constitution and values.”
This video of an Ohio couple show how our Watch Lists have become corrupted by firemen/police who are using Suspicious Activity Reports in personal vendettas:
The above video illustrates how the Corrupt U.S. Government – reminiscent of COINTELPRO and the American Protective League – is Gang Stalking people deemed enemies by Bad Firemen and Police executing personal vendettas via Suspicious Activity Reports and our Government’s use of Neighborhood Watch Groups/Citizen Corps in Gang Stalking/Mobbing.
For 9 years I have experienced such Government Gang Stalking in both New York and now in California where I currently live. I’m Gang Stalked in the community and even by people in the neighborhood when I exit or enter my home. From the time my gang stalking started in May of 2006 the Gang Stalkers used RED cars, RED trucks, wearing RED in my Gang Stalking. When people caught on to that in May 29, 2015 they started using Black cars, trucks, clothing and then in July White cars, trucks, clothing – in addition to RED.
What is going on makes us all less safe. Our Watch Lists have been corrupted. And Gang Stalking focuses on targets of Police/Firemen personal vendettas instead of the real terrorists who threaten us all.

What is CULTURAL POLICY? What does CULTURAL POLICY mean? CULTURAL POLICY meaning & explanation

Cultural policy is the area of public policy-making that governs activities related to the arts and culture. The idea of Cultural Policy was created by Dr. Kevin V. Mulcahy. Generally, this involves fostering processes, legal classifications and institutions which promote cultural diversity and accessibility, as well as enhancing and promulgating the artistic, ethnic, sociolinguistic, literary and other expressions of all people – especially those of indigenous or broadly representative cultural heritage. Applications of cultural policy-making at the nation-state level could include anything from providing community dance classes at little-to-no cost, to hosting corporate-sponsored art exhibitions, to establishing legal codes (such as the U.S. Internal Revenue Service’s 501(c)(3) tax designation for not-for-profit enterprises) and political institutions (such as the various ministries of culture and the National Endowment for the Humanities and the National Endowment for the Arts in the United States). Similar significant organisations in the United Kingdom include the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), and Arts Council England.
Throughout much of the twentieth century, many of the activities that now compose cultural policy were governed under the title of arts policy. However, as Kevin Mulcahy has observed, cultural policy encompasses a much broader array of activities than were addressed under arts policy. Whereas arts policy was effectively limited to addressing aesthetic concerns, the significance of the transformation to cultural policy can be observed in its demonstrable emphases on cultural identity, valorization of indigineity and analyses of historical dynamics (such as hegemony and colonialism).
Cultural policy, while a small part of the budgets of even the most generous of public patrons, governs a sector of immense complexity. It entails “a large, heterogeneous set of individuals and organizations engaged in the creation, production, presentation, distribution, and preservation of and education about aesthetic heritage, and entertainment activities, products and artifacts”. A cultural policy necessarily encompasses a broad array of activities and typically involves public support for:
1. Heritage, battlefield and historic preservation sites;
2. Zoos, botanical gardens, arboretums, aquariums, parks;
3. Libraries and Museums (fine arts, scientific, historical);
4. Visual arts (film, painting, sculpture, pottery, architecture);
5. Performing arts (symphonic, chamber and choral music; jazz, hip-hop and folk music; ballet, ballroom and modern dance; opera and musical theatre; circus performances, rodeos and marching bands)
6. Public humanities programs (public broadcasting, creative writing, poetry).
Since culture is a “well” (i.e., public value) and something that is “good for you,” governments have pursued programs to promote greater accessibility. In this conceptualization, significant aesthetic works should be made broadly available to the public. In other words, “high culture” should not be the exclusive preserve of a particular social class or of a metropolitan location. Rather, the benefits of the highest reaches of cultural excellence should be made in an egalitarian manner; national cultural treasures should be accessible without regard to the impediments of class circumstances, educational attainment or place of habitation.....
